This research is an initial attempt to explore the reality of reform and its concept in Islam, and to describe the presence of educational practices in the Arab-Islamic heritage. The importance of this research lies in addressing a number of important issues related to the contemporary Islamic reform system. The research showed the need for authentic educational reform values that draw their reference from the origins of Islam. The research also emphasized the analysis of the reality of education in the Muslim world and the identification of its problems and the search for solutions through a quick and comprehensive look at the diverse contributions of Muslim thinkers to Islamic educational reform thought, and their active role in addressing reform issues and linking them to their intellectual and realistic framework in the Muslim society. The research was characterized by the diagnosis and analysis of the concept of the Islamic reform system, and the highlighting of its importance in the new and contemporary Islamic system. The research concluded that the fields of reform in the Qur'an, which is a methodology that is suitable for all areas of life, and the Qur'an encompasses all methods, approaches, and tools of reform

Abstract The League of Arab States took many procedures against the Syrian political system, like suspended Syria's membership in the League of Arab States and sent a team of Arab observers headed by Dabi to discuss the situation there and issued some decisions and statements that called the Syrian regime to stop the use of violence and repression against the Syrian opposition.Through these steps, the Arab League has tried to help the Syrian parties to resolve the crisis. The results obtained in this study indicate that the effect of low doses of CAP on platelets was stimulatory effect in the first few hours from exposure (1day) but the high dose was inhibitory, It was found that after two weeks of exposure that the number of platelets became normal comparable to the control one, and this indicates that plasma effect was removed after this period.

A field experiment was conducted at experimental field of Mechanization Agriculture , the College of Agriculture , Abu – Ghraib , University of Baghdad .To measure transmitted vibration to seat tractor during operation tillage , mold board plow with New Holland 66-S- 80 tractor as one machinery unit , Soil was treated at soil constant moisture ( 18 – 20 % ) with two depths of plowing (15 and 20 cm ) and three speed of tractor 2.0 , 3.5, 6.8 km / h . In this study the adsorption of cefixime on to selected Iraqi clay bentonite. The aim of this study is to search for selective active surface in adsorption of the drug and to act as physical antidotes in treatment of poisoning if the drug is taken in quantities higher than the recommended dosages. Quantitative estimation of the drug adsorption has been done by utilizing the technique of UV spectrophotometry in λmax (273) nm at different conditions of temperature (25, 37, 45) ˚C found the adsorption decrease with increase the temperature.
