An extraction-spectrophotometric technique has been applied and approved for the estimation of orphenadrine citrate in the presence of paracetamol in a binary synthetic mixture and in combined drugs. The procedure is built on the formation of a soluble red colour orphenadrine citrate – eriochrom black T (EBT) ion pair complex at pH 1.40, while the paractamol not paired. The produced red colour ion-pair complex was extracted with chloroform and showed maximum absorption at 509 nm. The corrosion behavior of Zn in 0.1 M HCl solution containing various concentration of Ampicillin range (2 x 10-4 – 1x10-3) M was investigated. The corrosion rates were measured by using weight loss measurement and polarization curve, The results of polarization method obtained showed that the rate of corrosion of zinc increased with increasing the temperature from 293K to 323K and the values of inhibition efficiency of ampicillin increased with increasing the temperature and AMP concentrations, the results showed that AMP caused to protection efficiency reached to 88.8% when (1x10-3) M AMP concentration was used in 323K. Background: Nodal osteoarthritis is one of the most common arthropathy worldwide, the etiology is uncertain but many biochemical markers are recognized. Many studies have shown that leptin might have a role in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis, but little is known about the relation between serum leptin and nodal osteoarthritis.

Conclusion:

The photoconductivity and its dependence on light intensity have been investigated in a-Ge20Se80 thin films as a function of temperature between (293–323)K. The result showed that the photoconductivity and photosensitivity increase with increase of annealing temperature. This behavior is interpreted in terms of the dispersive diffusion –controlled recombination of localized electrons and holes.
