Determining risk indicators for dental implants is an essential strategy for preventing peri-implant diseases and effective diagnosis of dental implant success. To investigate the impact of certain potential factors on the osseointegrated dental implant. Eighty-four individuals were included in our study, 50 cases as a patient’s group and 34 participants as a control group. All cases were diagnosed based on certain criteria, 30 (60%) of patients had peri-implantitis, 20 (40%) with severe periimplantitis, 36(72%) were generalized, and 15 (30%) as localized peri-implantitis cases. This study focused on the expression and regulation of BRCA1 in breast cancer cell lines compared to normal breast. BRCA1 transcript levels were assessed by real time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) in the cancer cell lines. The experiment was executed at the Botanical Garden- college of Science, university of Baghdad, Iraq. The period was from November 2016 to March 2017, on the scales of lilium ( Peral Carolina) belonging to the asiatic hybrids imported from the Netherlands. The scales of lily treated with naphthyl acetic acid (NAA)(0,25,50) mg/l and benzyl aminopurine (BA)(0,10,20) mg/l twice after planting to improve flowering characters of hybrid lily cultures . It was observed that at the concentration BA 20 mg/l and NAA 50 mg/l increased the number of bulbues formed about 0.8% and the number of bulbs as 11.3%, while the root length decreased with the same concentration about 5.7%.
