This research aims to know the reflection of selection of employees strategy dimensions ( selection of employees strategy standards, procedures selection of employees strategy , efficiency based on a selection of employees strategy) on human capital (knowledge, skills, abilities) in a sample of Lecturers consists of (Deans and assistants and heads of departments) in ( Baghdad University) included nine colleges and university president as total sample size (54), which represent almost 50% of the total research community of 116, was used in the light of the objectives of the research descriptive and analytical approach, has been a resolution main tool for data collection as well as the interview p

The current research aims to identify the problems and needs for both college of political science and college of engineering’s students. The sample was (100) male and female student. The results showed bunch of problems which could be organized descendingly, the scientific domain ranged between (2 - 2.42), the mean of the psychological domain was (2.85), the moral domain ranged between (2.2 – 2.28)m the problems of study earned (2.30), the material domain got (1.95), the medical and social domain obtained (1.925), and finally, the family domain received (1.887).

The study aims at identifying the reasons of weakness in the reading and writing of the primary schools' pupils at Baghdad governate in Iraq from the educational supervisors' point of view.

Abstract

The study aimed: To assess the level of trainers' knowledge about the application of strategies and to find out the relationship between Trainer's knowledge and their socio-demographic characteristics.

Methodology: Using the pre-experimental design of the current study, for one group of 47 trainers working at the private Autism Centers in Baghdad, data was collected from 8/January / 2022 to 13 /February /2022. Using non-probability samples (convenient samples), self-management technology in which trainers fill out the questionnaire form themselves was used in the data collection process; it was analyzed through descriptive and inference statistics.
