Judo has witnessed tremendous developments since its inception until the present day. It has been distinguished by its adaptation to the various challenges it has faced throughout the ages. Judo is one of the sports that have been affected by social, technological and cultural changes. These changes reflect its transformation from the traditional Japanese martial art to a global sport practiced. All over the world, therefore, studying the historical development of judo is important, as it provides valuable insights into the development of martial arts over a century, by studying the origins, principles and techniques of judo for the period (1880 - 1980), and also enables us to gain an understanding A deeper understanding of how the art form of judo has transformed and adapted over time. The research aims to document the history of the sport of judo and trace its development from its beginnings in 1880 until 1980, and to enhance understanding of the changes in the rules and techniques of judo, and how they were affected by cultural and social factors, and to analyze the impact of the sport of judo on the lives of individuals. Societies and various cultures, and the researcher adopted the analytical historical approach to address the history and development of judo, due to its suitability and the nature of the problem, as historical research achieves a double advantage in terms of benefiting from the past to predict the future and benefiting from the present to interpret the past, based on historical, cultural and sports scientific sources, including books and research articles. And the official websites of federations and institutions specialized in judo. The most important conclusions were that the founding and growth phase of judo was a decisive phase in the development of this sport, and its founder, Jigoro Kano, played a prominent role in shaping the philosophy and ethics of judo, and judo became a part of education and culture in various countries. : Cervical cancer representsone of the possibly preventable cancer. The study was designed to find the possible correlation of Tafazzin on the progression of cervical carcinoma. Two groups of paraffinized blocks were included. The study group of 30 cervical tumors as well as 15 biopsies of healthy cervical tissues. After sectioning on a positive charge, immunohistochemical application (IHC) was performed to detect Tafazzin expression. Nighnty percentage (27 out of 30) of the studies group showed positive overexpression as shown in with a significant association of the expression with cervical cancer with a significant association. The objective of this study was to isolate and identify the asparaginase-producing bacteria, then purify and characterize the enzyme in order to investigate their properties in the future. Fifteen local bacterial isolates were isolated from various sites in the city of Baghdad, identified by conventional morphological and biochemical procedures, and confirmed using vitek 2 methods, and submitted to primary screening processes for asparaginase production. For secondary screening, eight isolates with the greatest yellow zone ability on a specific solid medium were chosen. The aim of this study was to provide an overall assessment to the efficiency of the Iraq stocks exchanges (ISE) through specifying well –known models .First, Fama's efficient market hypothesis as a contrary concept to the random walk hypothesis, was performed and it has been found that ISE follows the random process, so the price of the shares can't be predicated on the basis of past information. Second,we use a multifactor model, which so named multiple regression, to explore the link between ISE and the main economic indicators. our empirical analysis finds that every weak associations exists between major ISE measures and main economic indicators.
