Vitamins play an important role in the human health, and thus they are the kind of major nutrients in the body. Chemical products perform numerous physiological functions and can jeopardize health jointly in their absence and surplus. Therefore, it is necessary to establish methods for observation vitamin levels in various molds. In this review paper, the most methods of determination used are high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), spectrophotometric and potentiometric techniques by listed the value of : slope, linear range, correlation coefficient, detection limit, the max of wavelength and PH and compared with these methods.

Uric acid is one of the endogenous oxidant-antioxidant paradoxes.        The aim of this study is to evaluate the levels of serum MDA and uric acid in smokers and non smokers.  This study was carried out from January to July 2012 on (30) smokers and (30) non smokers.  A total of 291 specimens were obtained from hospitalized and out patients. They were 10-70 years old, males and females suffering from burn wound infections, during the period29/4/2007–29/9/2007. InAl-Karekh-surgical-hospital&Al-Kadhemiatechinghospital   The most common single isolated pathogen was Pseudomonas aeruginosa %38.6 , Escherichia coli %23.7 Klebsiella spp. %12.2 , Staphylococcus spp. %2.19 and Proteas spp. %1.32.  As mixed isolates  Pseudomonas aeruginosa and  Escherichia coli %12.3, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella spp. %0.9 were found.
