Duration of each developmental stage of the house dust mite Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus together with the mortality percentage were observed at a combination of five different temperatures namely 20C°, 22.5C°, 25C°, 27.5C° and 30C° and four different humidities namely 55%, 75%, 85% and 95% r. h. Results showed that temperature had the greatest effect on the life cycle period. The higher the temperature the shorter the life cycle was aid versa verea. On the other hand, humidity seems to be less effectiveness, though at the higher temperature and humidity no development was occured. Mortality among all temperatures and humidities appeared nearly the same, but at higher temperature and higher humidity and because of mould g
... Show MoreIn this paper, the density of state (DOS) at Fe metal contact to Titanium dioxide semiconductor (TiO2) has been studied and investigated using quantum consideration approaches. The study and calculations of (DOS) depended on the orientation and driving energies. was a function of TiO2 and Fe materials' refractive index and dielectric constant. Attention has focused on the effect of on the characteristic of (DOS), which increased with the increasing of refractive index and dielectric constant of Fe metal and vice versa. The results of (DOS) and its relation with and values of system have been discussed. As for contact system is increased, (DOS) values increased at first, but the relation is disturbed later and transforms into an inve

This settlement is due to the nature of the high drainage of sand, which displays foundations and constructions to a large danger. The densification of loose sandy soils is required to provide sufficient bearing capacity for the structures. Thus soil stabilization is used to avoid failure in the facilities. Traditional methods of stabilized sandy soil such as fly ash, bituminous, and cement often require an extended curing period. The use of polymers to stabilize sandy soils is more extensive nowadays because it does not require a long curing time in addition to being chemically stable. In this study, the effect of adding different percent

The Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), which are deployed in harsh environments, are extremely susceptible to localized battery exhaustion as well as intelligent inside routing threats, especially sinkhole and data falsification attacks. In this paper, we present ECHVM (Enhanced Cluster Head selection by Voting and an ECC-based Blockchain Mechanism), a novel, secure, and energy-efficient routing framework to achieve an optimal trade-off between network security and hardware resource efficiency. We present the ECHVM protocol that combines Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) with a lightweight, local distributed ledger to mitigate risks of centralized authority by tr
The vortex rate sensor is a fluidic gyroscope with no moving parts and can be used in very difficult
conditions like radiation, high temperature and noise with minimum cost of manufacturing and
maintenance. A vortex rate sensor made of wood has been designed and manufactured to study
theoretically and experimentally its static performance .A rig has been built to carry out the study,
the test carried out with three different air flow rates (100, 150, and 200 l/min).The results show that
the relation between the differential pressure taken from the sensor pickoff points and the angular
velocity of the sensor was linear. The present work involved theoretical and experimental study of
