The history of the impact of nuclear radiation on the environment, as illustrated by the Hiroshima bombing, reveals a multifaceted interplay of scientific, ecological, and ethical dimensions. From the historical context and immediate environmental consequences to long-term ecological effects and human health implications, the effects of nuclear radiation are pervasive. Comparatively analyzed with other nuclear incidents, case studies of affected ecosystems, and through education, ongoing challenges and opportunities toward nuclear technology are revealed. Moreover, it is through the echoes of past nuclear events that lessons were learned which until today guide current efforts on striking a balance between technological advancement and environmental preservation plus ethical responsibility. The development of nuclear weapons, the instant horror of the bomb, and its lasting environmental effects underline how vital it is to have an all-embracing appreciation of nuclear technology's implications. While coming to terms with the legacy of Hiroshima, issues such as environmental conservation and public health should be placed at the forefront when discussing nuclear energy and weapons. It is through applying these historical lessons that we can work towards reducing such technological negatives to ensure a more environmentally viable future.
The research aims at identifying the organizational performance of the kindergarten teachers and defines the educational environment of kindergarten children. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the organizational performance scale for (Saadi, 2016), which was applied to kindergarten teachers. The scale consists of (43) paragraphs, and has good reliability and validity, as the coefficient of reliability (84.0) in a retest method, and (87.0) using the formula Alpha Kronbach. Additionally, the researcher adopted the educational environment scale for (Radam, 2015); the scale consists of (66) paragraphs, and it enjoys a good reliability and validity, as the coefficient of reliability (89.0) method of reliability

A number of scaling laws were used to create the numerical modeling according to the data obtained from 1 g shake table tests performed in the laboratory. The current study found that the behaviors of the scaled models, in general have similar trends. From numerical modeling on both the dry and saturated sands, the normalized lateral displacement, bending moment, and vertical displacement of piles with scale factors of 2 and 35 are less than those of the pile with a scale factor of 1 and the

This research came with the aim of showing the impact of governance mechanisms on tax avoidance practices, and in light of this, the financial data of the joint stock companies (industrial, service, agricultural, and hotels) listed in the Iraq Stock Exchange amounting to (35) companies were collected during the period (2009-2020). Through the financial reports published on the market website, multiple linear regression analysis was used as a tool to study the relationship between variables, and (Eviews 12) program was used for analysis and hypothesis testing. To achieve the objectives of the research,(administrative ownership, board size, board independence, women's membership) was adopted as an indicator of the dimensions of governance, an

Organizations today are in rapid development and therefore work relations are not dominated by the humanitarian aspect and the first goal has become productivity. The research aims to identify the influence of servant leadership and its dimensions as an independent variable on the effectiveness of work teams as an approved variable and their importance increases when these organizations are service organizations, and how their influence increases when this leadership is the servant leadership and its dimensions in the Health Depa

In addition, the future prospects carry many mergers, and the problem of research was the lack of understanding among departments in how to manage the integration and deal with it, on the basis of scientific which reflected negatively on the practices of human resources management, and the research was based on two main hypotheses Six sub-hypotheses emerge to explore the correlation
