This paper investigates the interaction between fiscal and monetary policy in Iraq after 2003 using the prisoner’s dilemma.The paper aims to determine the best form of coordination between these policies to achieve their goals; payoff matrix for both policies was constructed. In an intensive study of the various species of the Euglenophyceae under different environmental conditions, the algal samples were collected monthly in twelve springs and six related streams from September 2019 to August 2020 within Shaglawa district-Erbil Province in virgin areas for phycolimnological study. The floristic survey of the Al-Muthana Desert recorded 74 species representing 27 families. Amaranthaceae was the most represented family, followed by Asteraceae and Poaceae, reflecting the prevalence of desert-adapted taxa. Species richness and diversity varied among the studied stations. St5 and St6 each contained 13 species, whereas St8 had the highest richness, with 24 species. The Shannon diversity index (H′) ranged from 2.370 to 2.880, and Pielou's evenness (J) ranged from 0.890 to 0.965.
