     The idea of the paper is to consolidate Mahgoub transform and variational iteration method (MTVIM) to solve fractional delay differential equations (FDDEs). The fractional derivative was in Caputo sense. The convergences of approximate solutions to exact solution were quick. Concentration of specific radioactivity of radioactive elements was measured and analyzed naturally and artificially in 48 soil samples for separate sites from Baghdad, Iraq using crystalline spectroscopy to detect germanium. The minimum number of groups (k) required for a given group size and acceptance number is determined when various values of Consumer’s Risk and test termination time are specified. Heat treatment by solid solution method in the ?+? phase region was used at 970°C for Ti-5Al-2.5Fe alloy.
