This research involves an indirect Fluorophotometric method for the determination of microgram amount of oxymetazoline hydrochloride in the concentration range 0.1-5.0 g/ml. The method is based on the oxidation of the drug by cerium sulphate solution which is acidic medium where Ce IV is reduced to Ce III which can be excited at 259 nm to give an emitted light at 377 nm which  is directly proportional to the concentration of Ce III which is equivalent to Ce IV that is needed to oxidize the studied drug. In this paper solar radiation was studied over a region of Baghdad (Latitude 33.3o and longitude 44.4o). The two parts of global solar radiation: diffuse and direct solar radiation were estimated depending on the clearance index of measured data (Average Monthly mean global solar radiation). Metrological data of measured (average monthly mean diffuse and direct solar radiation) were used to comparison the results and show the agreement between them. Two feet samples designated as design A and B were manufactured using layers of different orientations of woven glass fiber reinforced with unsaturated polyester resin as bonding epoxy.
