Median filter is adopted to match the noise statistics of the degradation seeking good quality smoothing images. Two methods are suggested in this paper(Pentagonal-Hexagonal mask and Scan Window Mask), the study involved modified median filter for improving noise suppression, the modification is considered toward more reliable results. The objective of the research is to uncover the effect of the strategy of Quranic verses in the collection of science and systemic intelligence for second-grade students. An adaptive nonlinear neural controller to reduce the nonlinear flutter in 2-D wing is proposed in the paper. The nonlinearities in the system come from the quasi steady aerodynamic model and torsional spring in pitch direction. Time domain simulations are used to examine the dynamic aero elastic instabilities of the system (e.g. the onset of flutter and limit cycle oscillation, LCO). The structure of the controller consists of two models :the modified Elman neural network (MENN) and the feed forward multi-layer Perceptron (MLP). The study adopted the deductive method by analyzing the meanings of the eighteen thinking verses mentioned in the Holy Qur’an That is by referring to the ancient and contemporary book interpretations and inferring the purposes of thinking from the context of those verses.
