In this work, a new formula of intensity distribution in image plane of elliptical object was founded (Elliptical spread function), by using optical system including circular aperture. The Gauss quadrature method of numerical integral was used for calculating equation's integrals. Curves are shown for system having focal error and intensity distribution in focal axis.  

In this study porcelain was prepared by using composition consisting of raw materials with in following fractions , 50% kaolin , 25% feldspar, and 25% silica( SiO2) tested by XRay diffraction (XRD) method .Study the effect additives at different concentration from zirconia (ZrO2) (2,5,10,15,20) Wt% on some physical properties of porcelain, the sample is prepared by the conventional manufacturing method , It is found that some physical properties of porcelain changes considerably with the substituent sample, It was found that the increase of zrconia (ZrO2) additive of all our sample produce. Carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA 19-9) levels were measured in sera and tissues of 40 patients with breast cancer (01), 8 patients with prostate cancer (G2)and 12 patients with thyroid cancer (G3), by the enzyme­ linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique.

The patients were admitted to Medical City Hospitals (Baghdad Teaching Hospital and Nursing Home Hospital). The sera were taken just before surgery, where the specimens were taken immediately after surgery and kept in saline solution at -20°C until the time of homogenizing process.
