This study deals with knowing the public relations activities of the Integrity Commission for the year 2007, knowing the contents of these activities, knowing the contents of the advertisements that it published, whether the contents of the advertisements were convincing, and whether press photographs were used in these advertisements, as well as whether symbols and slogans were used. What language and words were used to address the recipient? 1- What feelings do the contents of advertisements arouse? 2- Research objectives: This research aims to answer the following questions: What are the public relations activities carried out by the Integrity Commission? Objective: To review and identify the major drivers for COVID-19 vaccine acceptance. Methods: A scoping review of studies of COVID-19 vaccine perceptions and barriers to using the COVID-19 vaccines. Two search engines, including PubMed and Google Scholar, were purposefully searched. Results: Eight studies from different countries were reviewed to categorize factors influencing people's acceptance of COVID-19 according to the Health Belief Model (HBM). Perceived susceptibility, and severity of the disease (COVID-19), in addition to perceived benefits of COVID-19 vaccination and "cues to action", can enhance vaccination acceptance. This article aims to explore the importance of estimating the a semiparametric regression function ,where we suggest a new estimator beside the other combined estimators and then we make a comparison among them by using simulation technique . Through the simulation results we find that the suggest estimator is the best with the first and second models ,wherealse for the third model we find Burman and Chaudhuri (B&C) is best.
