he study aimed to purify of Leucine aminopeptidase (LAP) from sera of hyperthyroidism patients and its relation to some thyroid hormones (TSH, T 3 , T 4 ) of subclinical hyperthyroidism and hyperthyroidism patients with lipid peroxidation levels that may be play a role in this diseases. Specimens were collected during the time from Nov 2017 until Jan 2018 from Endocrine and Diabetes Center, blood samples were collected from fifty healthy control and one hundred patients, patients were divided into two groups consisted of (50) with hyperthyroidism and (50) with subclinical hyperthyroidism. The aged for all subjects ranged (15-60) years with body mass ranged ((25- 29) kg/m 2 . The purification is done by addition of ammonium sulfate, dialysis, ion exchange chromatography by using DEAE -Sepharose and gel filtration chromatography by using Sepharose 6B. FT3, FT4, TSH, LAP, peroxynitrite, malondialdehyde were determined. Results showed the precipitate and concentrated protein appeared five peaks after eluted with Tris- HCl (50 mM, pH 7.0 in ion exchange column, LAP located in the first peak (wash fraction) and the second peak (elution fraction eluted with 0.1 M NaCl), also, results showed single peak for both first and second peaks after eluted in gel filtration chromatography following steps by using sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel. As well as results showed a non- significant elevation in BM, FT 3 and FT 4 in subclinical-hyperthyroidism group when compared to the control group. And a highly significant elevation in LAP, peroxynitrite and MDA levels in the patient group compared to the control group, while a highly significant decrease in TSH levels was found in the patient group compared to the control group. Results showed a non-significant elevation in BMI in hyperthyroidism group when compared to the control group., also, showed a highly significant elevation in FT3, FT4 LAP, peroxynitrite and MDA levels in the patient group compared to the control group, while a highly significant decrease in TSH levels was found in the patient group compared to the control group. From this study, it is concluded Leucine aminopeptidase which partial purification from sera of hyperthyroidism patients by ion exchange chromatography and gel filtration chromatography have two isoenzymes ,also, concluded a highly significant elevation in LAP, peroxynitrite and MDA levels in the patient group compared to the control group , in addition to their correlation with thyroid hormone in the patient group, compared to the control group indicate that these parameters have an effect on these diseases.
The impacts of numerous important factors on the Energy Absorption (EA) of torsional Reinforced Concrete (RC) beams strengthened with external FRP is the main purpose and innovation of the current research. A total of 81 datasets were collected from previous studies, focused on the investigation of EA behaviour. The impact of nine different parameters on the Torsional EA of RC-beams was examined and evaluated, namely the concrete compressive strength (f’c), steel yield strength (fy), FRP thickness (tFRP), width-to-depth of the beam section (b/h), horizontal (ρh) and vertical (ρv) steel ratio, angle of twist (θu), ultimate torque (Tu), and FRP ultimate strength (fy-FRP). For the evaluation of the energy absorption capacity at di

The current study aims to monitor the implementation of the project and for each of the executed tasks of the table of quantities in order to detect deviations at the time they occur, evaluate the time and cost performance, and then identify the areas of waste and analyze the implementation of each task in order to diagnose the underlying problems and find possible and applicable solutions in the environment Iraqi. The research was applied in one of the companies specialized in the field of construction projects, and one of the most important conclusions reached is the possibility of applying

Study Aim : Validating role of serum ferritin level and body mass index in Chronic Telogen Effluvium and analyzing association between these factors with socioeconomic, demographic, gynecological factors and weight loss effect. Establishing a nutritional preventive advice to improve treatment successfulness and decrease the disease occurrence.

The phenomenon of informal building Spread recently in Iraqi residential areas, in general, and in Baghdad, in particular, due to the urgent housing need, on the one hand, and lack of commitment to building controls, on the other hand, to highlight the phenomenon of uncommitted building to controls and housing governing legislation in Iraq, leading to heterogeneity in both building densities and plot areas, and disorder in the urban fabric and urban escape of those areas. Research problem identified as the absence of a clear vision about the General aspects of the phenomenon of informal building in residential street scene, and the role of designed housing projects as a substitute for informal building in built residential areas.
