This work involves studying corrosion resistance of AA 6061T6 butt welded joints using Two different welding processes, tungsten inert gas (TIG) and a solid state welding process known as friction stir welding, TIG welding process carried out by using Rolled sheet of thickness6mm to obtain a weld joint with dimension of (100, 50, 5) mm using ER4043 DE (Al Si₅) as filler metal and argon as shielding gas, while Friction stir welding process carried out using CNC milling machine with a tool of rotational speed 1000 rpm and welding speed of 50mm/min to obtain the same butt joint dimensions. Abstract

The current research aims to identify the level of organizational relaxation among the employees of educational directorates in the Sultanate of Oman. The descriptive approach was used, as well as a questionnaire of two parts to collect data. The questionnaire consists of (15) items divided into three themes about the relaxing level. It was applied on a sample of (406) male & female employees of the educational directorates who were randomly selected. The results of the study showed that the level of organizational relaxation was low. A characteristic study of a passively Q-switched diode pumped solid state laser system is presented in this work. For laser a comparison study for the theoretically calculated results with a simulation results using a software which calculates the Q-switched solid state laser parameters was such as energy, peak power and pulse width were performed. There was a good agreement between our theoretical calculations and the simulation values.
