Mefenamic acid was esterified with starchwith[1:1] Molar ratio, as drug substituted with natural polymer, to prolongthe period of hydrolysis of drug polymer with other advantages. The new prodrug starch was characterized by FT-IR and UV-Visible and 1H-NMR spectroscopies. The physical properties were studied and controlled drug release was studied in different pH values at 37oC. The stability of drug was carried out by measuring the absorbance of mefenamic starch which hydrolyzed in HCl solution of pH 1.1 (artificial gastric fluid) and phosphate buffer of pH 7.4 (simulating intestinal fluid SIF) at 37oC for several days. The thermal analysis such as DSC was studied.

The present study was included the isolation of Keratinophilic fungi from water samples taken from 19 indoor public swimming pools in Baghdad during four season (summer ,fall ,spring ,and winter). Isolation period was September 2011and September 2012 . Samples were collected from different places in swimming pool . Sixteen keratinophilic fungal species, belonging to twenty –one genera were isolated using Surface Dilution Plating (SDP) and Hair Bait Technique (HBT) . Aspergillus genus was the most frequent and occurrence (19.84%), followed by Trichophyton (11.60%) and Fusarium (7.59% ) . The Buzurgan oil field is one of the most important oil fields border in southern Iraq.

Adjacent to the Fauqi and Abu Ghirab oil fields common with Iran. The 3D seismic data showed the structural and stratigraphic of the Buzurgan oil field, where the results showed that the structure is an anticline fold with two structural domes separated by a saddle, the northern culmination is shallower and less deformation. Thirty-one faults were detected and most of them at the south part of the field which are small while the north faults are larger.

In this study, thermal characteristics of a two-phase closed heat pipe were investigated experimentally and theoretically. A two-phase closed heat pipe (copper container, Fluorocarbon FC-72 (C6F14) working fluid) was fabricated to examine its performance under the effect of input heat flux range of 250–1253 W/m2 , 70% fill charge ratio and various tilt angles. The temperature distribution along the heat pipe, input heat to evaporator section, and output heat from condenser were monitored.      Stable isotopic technique and hydrochemistry was used in studying the water resources interaction of near Haditha Reservoir area, western Iraq. Throughout the study area, 14 groundwater samples (Bashina, Zwachi springs and Wells), 8 surface water samples from the study area, and 7 spring samples were analyzed for 2H and 18O stable isotopes and hydrochemical analysis. In this study, the temperature, altitude and continental effects on the isotopic composition of rain water in Iraq were studied. In this paper we present a method to analyze five types with fifteen wavelet families for eighteen different EMG signals. A comparison study is also given to show performance of various families after modifying the results with back propagation Neural Network. This is actually will help the researchers with the first step of EMG analysis. Huge sets of results (more than 100 sets) are proposed and then classified to be discussed and reach the final.

The study was aimed to investigate the morbidity of enteritis in goate from 2007 to 2011 by using 149 records contained veterinarian and breeding records from birth to yearling age to study factors refer to animals and that in relationship with enteritis morbidity included: breed, year, birth type, sex, birth weight, weaning weight, mother weight, season and age. General mean for enteritis incident rate was 0.94% and this not affected by birth type, sex, weaning weight, maternal weight, while significantly (p<0.05) affected by breed and birth weight and highly significant affect by year, season and age. This paper introduces the concept of fuzzy σ-ring as a generalization of fuzzy σ-algebra and basic properties; examples of this concept have been given.  As the first result, it has been proved that every  σ-algebra over a fuzzy set x*  is a  fuzzy σ-ring-over a fuzzy set x*  and construct their converse by example. Furthermore, the fuzzy ring  concept has been studied to generalize fuzzy algebra and its relation.
