Stable isotope (?18O, ?D) values were determined along with the chemical compositions at 10 different locations along the Tigris river between Baghdad-Ammara cities of Iraq. The physico-chemical parameters and isotopic data were measured. The sampling site represents 34 % of total Tigris river in the republic of Iraq. The systematically increased in values of stable isotope as move from the downstream of the river and the most significantly appears at Kut lake. Blood sample collected from 210 patients (110 female, 100 male) with allergic disease (allergic asthma, allergic rhinitis, and urticaria) their age between 10-70 years and 50 healthy control their age between 23-52 years.     The aim of the current study is to demonstrate the effect of honey on the sperms characteristics (sperm concentration, sperm motility, grade of activity and sperm normal morphology) as well as pregnancy rate in mice. Sperms were obtained from caudal epididymis of male mice and prepared by adding10% of honey to the IVF medium using direct sperms activation technique for 30 minute incubation period before artificial insemination.

The study included 176 patients attended to Iben AL-Haithem hospital of ophthalmology in Baghdad city , at age of (14-77) years from the period from September 2016-April 2017, there were 138(78%) patients having a positive culture of ocular bacterial infections. Men were representing 41% while women 59%, the patients with bacterial ocular infection from Baghdad were55% while the internally displaced were 45% , the patients with ocular bacterial infections were representing 20% at mean age of 21.6±0.3y, 26% at 37.5±0.21y , 24% at53.5±0.23 y and 30% at69.5±0.10 y. The results showed 37% of the patients with ocular bacterial infections were having a history of diabetes mellitus and 44% with high blood pressure at mean age of 69.5±0.10
