This study deals with knowing the types of research in public relations studies at the Faculty of Mass Communication for the period from 1989 to 2007 and knowing the methods that researchers used in their studies, as well as knowing the methods and tools of scientific research that were used, and whether one method or tool is used more than others, and knowing Samples used in the analysis. As well as the contents and types of this research The institutions that were subjected to the study, and the preparation of the respondents This research aims to answer the following questions:. A- What are the types of research and methods that were used in university theses that dealt with the topic? Public Relations at the Faculty of Media from 1989 - until 2007? B - What are the methods and tools of scientific research, and the types of samples used in this research. C - What are the contents and objectives of this research? D - What are the types of institutions that were subjected to the study, and the most important results they reached?
In this paper, we investigate some methods to solve one of the multi-criteria machine scheduling problems. The discussed problem is the total completion time and the total earliness jobs To solve this problem, some heuristic methods are proposed which provided good results. The Branch and Bound (BAB) method is applied with new suggested upper and lower bounds to solve the discussed problem, which produced exact results for in a reasonable time.

In this paper we investigate the use of two types of local search methods (LSM), the Simulated Annealing (SA) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), to solve the problems ( ) and . The results of the two LSMs are compared with the Branch and Bound method and good heuristic methods. This work shows the good performance of SA and PSO compared with the exact and heuristic methods in terms of best solutions and CPU time.

In this paper, we will study non parametric model when the response variable have missing data (non response) in observations it under missing mechanisms MCAR, then we suggest Kernel-Based Non-Parametric Single-Imputation instead of missing value and compare it with Nearest Neighbor Imputation by using the simulation about some difference models and with difference cases as the sample size, variance and rate of missing data.

This study was carried out for direct detection of typhi and some of its multidrug resistance genes(tem,capt,gyrA&sul2)which encode for resistance to (Ampicillin, Chloramphenicol,Ciprofioxacin,Co-trimoxazole)by using Polymerase Chain Reaction technique .(71)blood samples for people suffering from typhoid fever symptoms depending on the clinical examination and (25)for control were collected. Different frequency distributions models were fitted to the monthly data of raw water Turbidity at water treatment plants (WTPs) along Tigris River in Baghdad. Eight water treatment plants in Baghdad were selected, with raw water turbidity data for the period (2008-2014). The frequency distribution models used in this study are the Normal, Log-normal, Weibull, Exponential and two parameters Gamma type. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to evaluate the goodness of fit. The data for years (2008-2011) were used for building the models.
