The research aims to clarify the role of electronic marketing and what it can achieve in promoting the products of the national industry in Iraq. The importance of research is to be considered by highlighting the tax policy in Iraq which extended for successive measurement of the amount of tax receipts for respective periods, the research problem represents security, economic and political issues that Iraq suffered which were very difficult since Nineties of the last century until now that led to a lake of clarity in tax policy trends, volatility in it and finally reflected on the tax revenues increase or decrease. The sample of the study was ninety Iraqi college students. Their performance was assessed on the pre and post achievement test in both experimental group 45 taught by “FLOW” strategy and control 45 taught traditionally. يتناول البحث الحالي احد الاساليب المعروفة والمستخدمة في تحليل الاسهم بصورة منفردة او ضمن (قطاعاتها الصناعية) الا وهو اسلوب تحليل القوة النسبية.
