ان الصراع الداخلي السوداني مابين قوات الدعم السريع وقوات الجيش السوداني والذي يشير الى حدوث اكبر ازمة انسانية عالمياً مرتبط بالتفاعلات الخارجية للدول الاقليمية وتعد دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة أكثر الدول التي تُثار حولها الاتهامات بشكل متكرر. لذا تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى دراسة العلاقة مابين دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة والصراع في السودان مستخدماً المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومن خلال الدراسات العلمية والمقالات الاكاديمية للتعرف على جذور الازمة السودانية والاطراف المتنازعة في السودان ومن ثم تحليل الدور الاماراتي. حيث توصلت الدراسة الى نتيجة مفداها ان ابو ظبي كان لها دور اساسي في تقديم الدعم العسكري لقوات الدعم السريع حيث تعدى دورها المساعدات الانسانية والعمل الدبلوماسي التي تصر عليه الحكومة الاماراتية وذلك نتيجة للعديد من تقارير الامم المتحدة والتي أكدت فيها وجود اسلحة امارتية المصدر في مواقع القتال داخل الاراضي السودانية. وتكشف النتائج ان هذا التدخل يعود الى اسباب أقتصادية وأستراتيجية أكثر من سياسية حيث تسعى الامارات الى تعزيز نفوذها في مناطق البحر الاحمروالقرن الافريقي وتأمين مصالحها الاقتصادية في السودان وبالاخص تجارة الذهب حيث تعد الامارات المستورد الاكبر للذهب السوداني ومن كل مناطق السودان، لكن مايؤخذ على الامارات تبنيها موقفاً مع جهة محل انتقاد واسع.
This research is intended to high light the uses of political content in foreign Arabic / speaking websites, such as “ CNN “ and” Euro News“, The research problem stems from the main question: What is the nature of the use of the websites in the political content provided through them? The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of cost accounting system in the contracting institutions in Saudi Arabia, and the extent of the reflection of the application of this system on the effectiveness and efficiency of the general performance of these institutions. This study is an attempt to investigate the conceptual metaphor of UP and DOWN commonly used in Iraqi community. Some of the metaphorical expressions in Iraqi colloquial Arabicarewidely used by Iraqi speakers in everyday language. Ithas been analyzed by following the cognitive theory of metaphor (Lakoff& Johnson,1980).The study indicates that the Iraqi speakerexperiences more of the metaphorical expressions of UP and DOWN to referto many of the abstract concepts that shape his/her impression of everyday life situations.
