Abstract. Iraq is characterized by a distinctive botanical and geological diversity with different plant families, monocotyledons and dicotyledons, the spread of dicotyledonous plants was more unique and of other species, For example, in Al-Tib, Maysan, Iraq, which through field trips to study the plant diversity and the surrounding conditions at these areas, it was found that the species belong for many plant families, dicotyledonous and monocotyledonous plants, including: Amaranthaceae, Apiaceae, Asteraceae, Boraginaceae, Brassicaceae, Capparidaceae, Caprifoliaceae, Caryophyllaceae, Convolvulaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Fabaceae, Geraniaceae, Lamiaceae, Malvaceae, Papaveraceae, Plantaginaceae, Primulaceae, Salicaceae, Ranunculaceae, Solanaceae, Tamaricaceae, Xanthorrhoeaceae and Zygophyllaceae, 39 for monocotyledonous plants belong for the families: Amaryllidaceae, Cyperaceae and Poaceae. While at Hawizeh Marsh, the plant diversity is Ceratophyllum demersum, Lemna monor, Myriophllum spicatum, Phragmites australis, Potamogeton pectenatus, Rannunculus sphaerospermus, Salvina natans, Schenoplectus litoratis, and Chara.
The floristic survey of the Al-Muthana Desert recorded 74 species representing 27 families. Amaranthaceae was the most represented family, followed by Asteraceae and Poaceae, reflecting the prevalence of desert-adapted taxa. Species richness and diversity varied among the studied stations. St5 and St6 each contained 13 species, whereas St8 had the highest richness, with 24 species. The Shannon diversity index (H′) ranged from 2.370 to 2.880, and Pielou's evenness (J) ranged from 0.890 to 0.965. The consistently low dominance values (0.056–0.106) indicated relatively balanced plant communities. St8 exhibited the highest richness, whereas St5 and St6 exhibited the lowest. Euclidean distances indicated substantial differences among station

ecological balance. In this study, there are 223 species of phytoplankton were identified, and they are as
follows: 88 species of Bacillariophyta and were at 44%,70 species of Chlorophyta and they were at 29 %, 39
species of Cyanophyta and they were at 16 %, 12 species of Euglenozoa and they were at 4 %, four species of
Miozoa and they were at 3 %, and, Phylum Charophyta and Ochrophyta were only eight and two species,
respectively and both of them were at 2%. The common phytoplankton recorded in the sites studied
include Nitzschia palea, Scenedesmus quadricauda, Oscillatoria princeps, and Peridinium
The production and product quality of many plants are restricted by plant diseases. The interplay between pathogens, host plants, and ecological factors influences their development. The authors of this review summarize the infection processes, diagnostic methods, and strategies for managing diseases. Efforts to contain disease severity and resistance development have focused on biological control chemical management fungicide resistance and a range of other integrated measures. By correctly diagnosing the disease and integrating biological, cultural and chemical measures, disease can be sustainably managed.

Some species, such as the Eurasian Collared-Dove (S. decaocto) are fast expanding around the planet, while others, such as the European Turtle-Dove (S. turtur), are experiencing precipitous population declines. Climate change, habitat loss, greater cultivated areas, and hunting pressure are the major threats to the diversity of Streptopelia. A few species require urgent conservation action. Priority for subsequent research should be to redress outstanding taxonomic uncertainties, ascertain the effect of climate change on distributions, and put in place conservation measures for declining taxa. We provide here a detailed review on how it is possible to understand the diversity of Streptopelia and how such an understanding can con

It details the emergence of coronaviruses over the past 50 years, including the coronavirus from 2019 and its subsequent mutations, along with updated information about this virus. This review explains the development and nomenclature of coronaviruses, their cellular invasion through glycoprotein spikes binding to ACE-2 receptors, and the mechanism of cell entry via endocytosis. Diagnosis methods for COVID-19, including nucleic acid amplification, serology, and imaging techniques like chest X-ray and CT scan tests, are discussed. Treatment approaches for COVID-19 are outlined, emphasizing healthcare, antiviral medications like Rem
