تناولت في بحثي الموسوم: ((مَسَائِل مُختَارَة مِن تَرجِيحَاتِ الإِمَامِ الوُلوَالجِيّ فِي السَّفَرِ وَالجُمُعَةِ مِن كِتَابِهِ الفَتَاوَى الوُلوَالجِيَّة / دِرَاسَةٌ فِقهِيَّةٌ مُقَارَنَةٌ )) دراسة أحد علماء المذهب الحنفي الإمام عبد الرشيد بن أبي حنفية بن عبد الرزاق بن عبد الله، ظهير الدين الولوالجي (ت540هـ)، حيث عرض كثيرًا من كتب الحنفية الفقهية وآرائهم، واستحضر آراء علماء المذهب مع تعرضه لبعض آراء المذاهب الأخرى، ولم يعتمد على التعريفات اللغوية، والاصطلاحية، وقلَّما يذكر الأدلة الشرعية التي اعتمدها العلماء في آرائهم، واقتصر على ذكر الآراء فقط، واعتمد في كتابه على مصادر من سبقه من فقهاء الحنفية، وجعلها الأساس الذي اعتمد عليه في كتابه. واخترت بعض المسائل الفقهية من كتابه الفتاوى الولوالجية المتعلقة بالسفر والجمعة، مبينًا رأيه فيها مع ذكر أقوال بقية المذاهب الأخرى ثم قمت بالمقارنة بين الأقوال والأدلة ومناقشتها ليتضح الراجح.

Show MoreIn this paper, we will study non parametric model when the response variable have missing data (non response) in observations it under missing mechanisms MCAR, then we suggest Kernel-Based Non-Parametric Single-Imputation instead of missing value and compare it with Nearest Neighbor Imputation by using the simulation about some difference models and with difference cases as the sample size, variance and rate of missing data.
