Introduction: In evidence-based era of cardiology with emerging of potential therapies, it is crucial to include diverse population in terms of (geography, gender, race, and economic status) in clinical trials (CT) to enhance generalizability of trials results. Such inclusion necessitates exploring barriers and motivators of diverse population for participation in CT. A land magnetic survey was carried out along regional profile, which is located at the north part of the Iraqi western desert. It starts from al –Qaam City (at north) toward Rutba City (at south) with a total length of 238km. The survey was carried out along the paved road between the two cities, About 113 measuring points were done with inter-station distance of 2 km (for 198 km) and 2 to 5km (for 40km). The study was carried out to study the quality of 7 samples of imported frozen chicken that are available in locally markets. These samples were collected from Baghdad markets in June 2010. The results were showed that the all samples were not content the name of company and batch number one the labeling, while the microbial test refer to found contamination in all samples, but it in the limited of Iraqi standers specification for frozen chicken, also note Staphylococcus aureus in all samples, the samples C1 and C2 have Salmonella ohio, while not observe Coliform bacteria in all samples.

Three hundred samples of washing water of vegetables were collected from women aged ( 15- 6o) years from different area in Baghdad governorate and its suburbs include two rural area ( Jaddria in Baghdad university and Al –Wagif in Rashdia) and two urbane area (Mansoure and Escan) . The samples were examined by precipitation method and then by staining method ( Lugols –Iodine stain) .
