Experiment Factorial conducted with two factor in field texture silt clay loam soil, the first factor were Two Rotavator plow which different in number of rotary blades on flanges, weight, width, made and type, the second factor were four speeds tractor 2.62, 5.10, 7.55, 9.23 km/hr to compare performance two Rotavator under depth 12 cm and knowledge slippage, distance between beat blades, practical productivity, disturbed soil volume, percentage of the soil clods which have diameter less than 5 cm under complete block design with three replications using Least Significant Design 0.05. From different hospitals in Baghdad city, 25 clinical isolates of Proteus spp. were collected from different clinical samples, all isolates were identified as Proteus mirabilis by using bacteriological and biochemical assays in addition to Vitek-2 identification system. 15 (60%) isolates were identifying as Proteus mirabilis. It situated above the common carotid artery between the external and internal branches immediately proximal to the internal jugular vein and facial nerves. The styloid process varies in length also it may be absent as well as elongated. Classically, an elongated styloid process and calcified of stylohyoid ligament causes Eagle’s syndrome. Beta-carotene pigment was extracted from 6 strains collected from different sources related to some species of the genus Rhodotorula sp. The maximum productivity was in the strain Rhodotorula  mucilaginosa BA61 with amount 10.25 gm/l. The minimum productivity was from the strain R. minuta BA78 with amount 5.39 gm/l. The effects of the chemical mutagen (MNNG) and the physical mutagen (UVC) on the viability of the strains was studied. The results revealed that the chemical mutagen (MNNG) with the concentration 0.2 mg/ml has the clear effect on the viability of the strains , which killing percentage reached to 65.91% in the strain R. minuta BA78. Results of the study of mutagenesis with UVC showed that increase in killing percentage fo
