In this study, an analysis of re-using the JPEG lossy algorithm on the quality of satellite imagery is presented. The standard JPEG compression algorithm is adopted and applied using Irfan view program, the rang of JPEG quality that used is 50-100.Depending on the calculated satellite image quality variation, the maximum number of the re-use of the JPEG lossy algorithm adopted in this study is 50 times. The image quality degradation to the JPEG quality factor and the number of re-use of the JPEG algorithm to store the satellite image is analyzed.

This work addressed the assignment problem (AP) based on fuzzy costs, where the objective, in this study, is to minimize the cost. A triangular, or trapezoidal, fuzzy numbers were assigned for each fuzzy cost. In addition, the assignment models were applied on linguistic variables which were initially converted to quantitative fuzzy data by using the Yager’sorankingi method. The paper results have showed that the quantitative date have a considerable effect when considered in fuzzy-mathematic models.

Frankenstein Complex in Daniel H. Wilson's Robopocalypse ( ): Artificial Intelligence Conspiracies

With the advent of technology

the fear of losing control has consistently accompanied humanity. While humans have discovered

invented

and created many remarkable things

they have also been haunted by the possibility of their creations turning against them. This fear

often referred to as the Frankenstein Complex

derives its name from Mary Shelley's Frankenstein (􀀔􀀛􀀔􀀛)

in which Dr. Frankenstein's creation ultimately destroys its maker. The Frankenstein Complex embodies the subconscious fear of artificial intelligence (AI) surpassing and potentially dominating humankind. This apprehension has inspired numerous literary works

including Daniel H. Wilson’s novels. The present study examines the widespread fear of AI

which has fueled conspiracy theories in literature. These theories have not only amplified public anxiety but also hindered understanding among those with limited knowledge of AI and robotics. Dr. Wilson

uses his imagination as a driving force for both his writing and his inventions. The research focuses on incidents leading to the rise of robots

and how it concluded. By comparing

contrasting

and analyzing literary elements and devices with prominent conspiracy theories

the study highlights the interplay between fiction and scientific development. The researchers conclude that while many conspiracy theories contain elements of truth

they often inspire scientists to explore them further. Additionally

some conspiracy theories warrant serious consideration. The study recommends acknowledging the Frankenstein Complex while maintaining faith in the potential benefits of artificial intelligence.

This study aimed to isolate and phenotype lymphocytes in untreated children patients with chronic allergic asthma. Aspect-based sentiment analysis is the most important research topic conducted to extract and categorize aspect-terms from online reviews. Recent efforts have shown that topic modelling is vigorously used for this task. In this paper, we integrated word embedding into collapsed Gibbs sampling in Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). Specifically, the conditional distribution in the topic model is improved using the word embedding model that was trained against (customer review) training dataset. Semantic similarity (cosine measure) was leveraged to distribute the aspect-terms to their related aspect-category cognitively. The experiment was conducted to extract and categorize the aspect terms from SemEval 2014 dataset.
