This study presents a theoretical investigation of encased composite columns under biaxial loading. The EUROCODE 4 theoretical model for generating the uniaxial interaction diagram was developed and used to meet biaxial requirements. The primary objective was to evaluate how internal steel ratios and configurations and concrete compressive strength influence the axial and biaxial flexural performance of the composite column. Background: Insulin resistance is present in 50% or more of patients with primary hypothyroidism. Metformin can decrease TSH levels in these patients by a complex matter, this can be of great help in clinical practice.

Objective: This study was designed to evaluate the effect of metformin in reducing TSH levels in patients with primary hypothyroidism.

The aim of this study is to identify the effectiveness of a rational, emotional, behavioral program in developing self-efficacy to reduce the level of Burnout in 20 teachers of students with autism disorder in Jazan, Saudi Arabia. The proposed program included 12 training sessions. The researcher found that the proposed program has contributed significantly to the development of self-efficacy and reduce the level of Burnout for the targeted subject in this study.
