لما كان في العربية ظاهرتان متعاكستان، وهما على تعاكسهما متداخلتان بل متكاملتان الأولى: تمثل الحركة الاشتقاقية فيما تلده وتحييه، والثانية: ظاهرة الصياغة القالبية فيما تعكسه وتبنيه، وإن هاتين الظاهرتين تعودا على العربية بالغنى والثراء، وتهباها القدرة على التطور والنماء، ونتيجة لتعاقب التأليف في أوزان العربية وصيغها عُدَّ ذلك باب من أبواب الثراء في اللغة العربية؛ ونتيجة لظهور مشكلات لغوية بعد قيام مدرسة الألسن، وترجمة ونقل الكتب الأجنبية الى العربية، فضلًا عن المخترعات الحديثة والاصطلاحات المعاصرة بأسمائها الأجنبية، وانتشار الصحافة واختلاف موضوعاتها مما أثر في بروز ظواهر لغوية شاذة، مما تطلب ظهور مجامع لغوية بقرارات مدروسة لإجازة الكثير من الألفاظ في الاستعمال المعاصر، إذ تبين أن لأبنيتها الصرفية تأويلات متداولة بين علماء العربية بين القبول والرفض وكثرة الاستعمال.
مما لاشك فيه أنّ اندفاعنا للقيام بهذه الدراسة المتواضعة له أسبابه ، أهمها إن بعض الأبنية الصرفية مازالت مغمورة في ركام الدراسة قابعة تحت غبار الزمن على أساس أنها خارجة عن القواعد الصرفية الأساسية من غير مسوغ لهذا الخروج ، وهذه محاولة جادة للوقوف على بعضها ، لكي ننفض عنها الغبار لتخرج إلى النور ،
This research sheds light on the morphological construction of kitchen terms in Hebrew language, especially methods of derivation, by offering an extensive review of the most important methods of morphological derivation. The field of kitchen terms is a fertile and rich field, where we see daily production of new kitchen tools which require suitable names with specific meanings.
