نستنتج بعض النقاط في تكوين الصورة الفكرية لعلي الوردي وهي : 1- الحياة التي عاشها الوردي منذ صباه وساهمت في تكوين ذات الوردي ونظرياته الاجتماعية . 2- المزاوجة بين علم الاجتماع والتاريخ، متخذاً من أحداث التاريخ قاعدة لنظرياته الاجتماعية. 3- الثنائية التي رافقت حياة الوردي وصاغت الكثير من أفكاره في التمييز بين بيئة اجتماعية وأخرى، وسلوك اجتماعي وآخر. 4- رحلته من اجل العمل والدراسة في الكرخ والشطرة ثم لبنان و

 The organizations recognize what the effective role of time management in achieving competitive advantage and success. But the effectiveness depends on integrating some organization actions which perspective are relating with it by significance relations and high affect. From this the research problem is arising، which descripe the recognizing of libraries managers for the role of some organizational actions. The samples from (40) libraries managers are chosen.

The two terms"of fective intelligece and organizational intelligence" is it is the emotional intelligency and organizational intelligency"are considered as one of the contemporany terms which the various organizations started to function them in their activities to in crease their efficiency.

This study aims at examining those two terms and the possibility of their functioning them in one of the general organizations and the questionnaire is used as atool to gather information that are distributed on asample consists of (50)employees and selected randomly from various organizationl levels.
