The High Modulus Asphalt Concrete Mixture (HMACM) or (EME) (Enrobes a Module Eleve) developed in France, since, 1980 by Laboratories Central des Ponts et Chaussees (LCPC). Due to the increasing in traffic intensity and axle loading this type of mixing were suitable for pavement subjected to heavy duty. Experiments showed that EME mixtures have an excellent moisture damage resistance permanent deformation, fatigue cracking and reducing costs of maintenance and a significant reduction in thickness of pavement. Because of the high stiffness of EME mixes, the stresses transformed to the bottom laid layer by repeated traffic wheel loads were reduced effectively. This study intend to focus the light into the possibility of producing asphalt mixtures (EME1) and (EME2) that exhibit high degree of high stiffness in order to with stand against the initiation of rutting. The evaluation process will be based on conducting the pneumatic repeated load system and the wheel-tracking test. For this purpose, hard asphalt cement with a penetration grade of 20-30 for EME comparing with conventional asphalt cement with penetration grade of 40-50. The results obtained indicates that increasing the temperature from (25 to 4°C), Resilient Modulus (M ) reduced by 65 and 20% for r conventional and (EME) for base course while at the binder course the resilient modulus reduced by 59 and 16% for conventional and (EME), respectively. Wheel track test results showed that permanent deformation increased significantly with hard penetration grade bitumen, the rut depth was 2.55 mm while for conventional bitumen was 16.15 mm for base course. While at binder course the rut depth was 2.43 mm while for conventional bitumen was 15.1 mm. This increasing in rutting resistance important for reducing and preventing structural failure and in other hand for economy and reducing layer thickness.
In this paper we study the selection of cognitive elements and criteria of the inflectional structure of the Russian and Arabic languages in the process of speech communication. Phonetic-physiological principle is the main parameter by which the elements and criteria of cognitive activity in the presented study are distinguished. On the basis of the above mentioned parameter, we select the investigated criteria and elements. The first criterion is semantic, reflects the accordance of the elements of thinking to sound combinations in the studied languages, and allows us to distinguish the second criterion – morphonological. The second criterion depends on the phonetic changes of these combinations occurring in the process of speech activit

The rate of increase of intraventricular pressure during isovolumetric contraction (left ventricular dP/dt) represents the rate of change of pressure during ejection. OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study is to evaluate the usefulness of the rate of increase of intraventricular pressure during isovolumetric contraction (dP/dt) in assessment of left ventricular function in patients with acute coronary syndrome and its relation to certain clinical and echocardiographic features. PATIENTS AND METHODS: The study is a cross sectional study including 50 patients with an established diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome. The

Also there was a clear increase in the average of the body growth for those with the natural feeding and such results were closer to the standard criterion. While the averages of body growth for those with the artificial or mixed feeding were low. In addition, it was clear that the averages of body growth of the i

Some courts compensated for such damages, other courts approved such compensation. Hence, this research came to shed light on the extent of the possibility of compensation for blocking the view or vision as a result of public projects, and the research has supported us with many judicial decisions.
The aim of the current research is to identify the impact of the SWOT strategy on developing systemic intelligence among students of the Ibn Rushd College of Education for Human Sciences University of Baghdad / College of Education Ibn Rushd for Human Sciences. The current research community consists of (8590) male and female students, divided into (7) departments. The current research relied on one of the partial control designs, which is the design of non-random groups: experimental group and a control group with a pre and post-test. As for the research tool, It was represented by Tourmanin’s Systemic Intelligence Scale (2012) of (50) items that measure the eight components of systemic intelligence. The researcher chooses 100 research papers of about 35% of the published ones, 10 of them are excluded because they are outside media. We use a simple and randomized sample including the three departments of media: journalism, television and radio journalism and public relations. The researcher adopts statistical methods such as Fay coefficient, correlation coefficient, Pearson correlation coefficient and straight line equation.
The researcher uses an analytical form followed by analysis of content, them the scale. The results are found in 58 researches, w
