The research aims to identify the role of organizational identity in improving work teams, and to suggest ways to deal with the outputs of work teams in a way that achieves the goals of the Baghdad Traffic Directorate as it is the subject of the application of the research, while the research community was represented by its officers, while the research sample was embodied in (General Director, Associate The Director General, the directors of Rusafa and Karkh traffic and their assistants, as well as the heads of the divisions and the officials of the departments) in it. The sample was (200) observations. The descriptive exploratory approach was devoted to conducting the research, relying on the questionnaire in data collection, as well as employing the (SPSS V.26) program in analyzing the primary data of the research, as the research found a positive impact relationship of organizational identity in improving work teams, as well as the availability of research variables: practice, interest and adoption in the directorate.

This study aims to explain the role of green target costing technique in improving the relationship with suppliers in a sample of industrial companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange. The descriptive analytical approach was used, where a questionnaire was designed that included a set of questions that were directed to a sample of 84 individuals including production managers, finance managers, quality managers, and purchasing managers in these companies. Clinicians and investigators consider the normal range of bowel habit and frequency as between 3 to 21 motions per week. Stool frequency outside the normal range may be unusual but may not be abnormal in the sense of a disease, and according to the consistency, the normal stool ranges from porridge like to hard and pellety.

Background: Tubal ligation, recognized as a surgical intervention that ensures permanent contraception, has established itself as an option for women seeking a definitive solution for family planning. Objective: To assess the psychosexual implications of tubal ligation in a sample of women in Baghdad, Iraq. Methods: A prospective cohort study was conducted in a teaching hospital for 2 years, from the first of January 2022 to the end of December 2023, in which 203 women who underwent tubal ligation were included.
