In this paper, we introduce a new class of Weighted Rayleigh Distribution based on two parameters, one is the scale parameter and the other is the shape parameter introduced in Rayleigh distribution. The main properties of this class are derived and investigated . The moment method and least square method are used to obtain estimators of parameters of this distribution. The nonlinearities in the system come from the quasi steady aerodynamic model and torsional spring in pitch direction. Time domain simulations are used to examine the dynamic aero elastic instabilities of the system (e.g. the onset of flutter and limit cycle oscillation, LCO). According to the joint integration model ARDL, the research found a long-term equilibrium positive for the relationship between GDP and the money supply in Iraq, as the change in the money supply by a certain percentage will lead to a change in GDP by about 71% of that percentage.
