إحدى أهم الطرق لتقصي توزيع المجرات عبر الزمن الكوني هي دالة اللمعان LF بدلالة كتلة القرص الباريوني ψS(Mb)، القدر . لقد درسنا تقديرًا لكثافة كتلة الباريون في عينة من المجرات الحلزونية القضيبية وغير القضيبية من الادبيات السابقة، والتي تتضمن فعليًا، لكل صنف من الاجرام السماوية ذات المحتوى الباريون المرئي، جزءًا لا يتجزأ من ناتج دالة الضيائية (LF) ونسبة الكتلة إلى الضوء. استخدمت تقنية الانحدار المتعدد لحزمة البرامج الإحصائية في دراستنا ونتائجنا، مثل برنامج تحليل قواعد البيانات والرسوم البيانية)برامج Statistics Win و(Origin Pro . وفقًا للتحليل الإحصائي، هناك علاقة إيجابية قوية وارتباط وثيق للغاية (α MB~1),  ، وغالبًا ما تظهر المجرات الحلزونية القرصية القضيبية وغير القضيبية قدراً مطلقاً بحدود MB < -18 mag . "الركبة" لدالة الضيائية للمجرات الحلزونية تبين قطعًا كبيرًا عند كتلة باريونية تبلغ Mb > 1010 Mʘ للمجرات الحلزونية القضيبية وغير القضيبية. يوفر هذا دليلاً يدعم الفرضية القائلة بأن اللوالب الحلزونية لنظام القرص بدأت تتشكل داخل عتبة كتلة متزايدة. نظرًا لأن زيادة دالة الكتلة الأولية للنجم مع الانزياح نحو الأحمر تكون أسرع بكثير، فقد أشارت النتائج التي توصلنا إليها إلى أن دالة الكتلة الأولية المنتقلة ψS(Mb) للمجرات القضيبية وغير القضيبيةعند انزياح أحمر مرتفع z > 0.027 للمجرات االقضيبية وz > 0.02للمجرات غير القضيبية والذي يبدو أنه يتناقص مقارنة بالكون الحرج.

The optimum conditions for production of fibrinolytic protease from an edible mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus grown on the solid medium , Sus medium, composed of Sus wastes (produced from extracted medicinal plant Glycyrrhiza glabra) were determined. Addition of 5% of Soya bean seeds meal in Sus medium recorded a maximum fibrinolytic protease activity resulting in 7.7 units / ml. INFLUENCE OF SOME FACTOR ON SOMATIC EMBRYOS INDUCTION AND GERMINATION OF DATE PALM CV BARHI BY USING CELL SUSPENSION CULTURE TECHNIQUE
This study was done to examine different concentrations of mercuric chloride (Hgcl2) for Explants sterilization and different concentration of NAA) mg/L with 2iP for their effect on initiation primary callus and subsequent embryogenesis in Phoenix dactyliferae cultivar Barhi. Leaf primordial and shoot tips were excised from 2-3 years old offshoot. The result showed that contamination percentage decreased with an increase in concentration of Hgcl2 for two explants where in the control (0.0)% gave highest value 75% and 62.5% of contamination for leaf primordial and shoot tip respectively while the addition (0.1)% gave a significant decrease 37.5 and 0% for explants respectively. A highest value of embryonic callus induction percentage or fresh weight and dry weight 87.5% or 1.56g and 0.47g for the character respectively for the treat 20 mg/L while control treatment 0.0 gave the lowest value 12.5% or 0.37g and 0.14g for same character respectively. Inoculated 1g fresh biomass into a 250 ml Erlenmeyer flask containing 50 ml MS liquid medium supplemented with NAA 20mg/L and agitated at 150 rpm by shaker to making suspension culture the measurements of packed cell volume ( pcv) or fresh and dry weight taken weekly for 12 weeks
maximum values were reached in the eighth week of PCV and fresh weight but the dry weight reached to highest value in seventh week

The result revealed that the peak of population density of cabbage aphid Brevicoryne brassicae was 523.20 individuals/plant on 21 March in edges of rapeseed field and was 1141.67 individuals/plant in center of the field. Results revealed that population density of cabbage aphid in rapeseed fields surrounded by cover crops significantly were low compared with that of monoculture rapeseed. The morphology of the Pleurogenoides medians from Rana ridibunda in Iraq was studied by light and scanning electron microscopy. The light microscopical studies confirmed the original observations with the ventral sucker being smaller than the oral sucker and the genital pore being laterally situated. Electron micrographs of adult P. medians revealed that the body surface had a rough appearance by hand-like spines, which are more sparsely distributed towards the posterior end with a presumed function in nutrient absorption.
