In recent decades, the world has faced some rapid technical developments, affected on many fields of life, which had the best chance in the information and communication technology, such that it created an entirely new situation, summed up the life and development of business enterprises. Design/methodology/approach – The research sample vocabulary included sales representatives and customers of the researched markets at a rate of (100%). The paper deals with claims in construction projects in Iraq and studies their types, causes, impacts, resolution methods and then proposes a management system to control the impacts of claims.
