This study was aimed to detect weather copA gene(copper resistance gene ) presence in A.baumannii A92 genome(AbaR genomic islands). The full genomic sequence of A.baumannii A92 not published in NCBI genome similarity was detected between two strains so the sequence of A.baumanniiIS-116(Genebank-AMGF0100000.1 ) was used to design the primers that were used for amplify of copA gene of A.baumannii A92.
Two primers contain two sites for restriction enzymes (KpnI,XohI) and PWSK29 vector were used in the cloning, double digestion has been performed for vector and gene. Then the re-ligation was completed to form recombinant molecule,after that, transformation have been performed for the recombinant molecule by using chemical competent E.coli

    Examining of 80 feces samples showed that 31 samples of the house and stray cats harbored either single or mixed infection with eight species of parasites and protozoa with a total infection rate 38.75 %.The results on parasite classes are: Toxocara cati (5%), Ancylostoma tubeforme (3.75%), Capillaria felis(3.75%), Isospora sp.(10%), Cryptosporidium parvum(3.75%), Cryptosporidium muris (6.25%), Toxoplasma gondi (3.75%), Giardia sp.(2.5%) infection from feces of cats that showed single, double and triple infections. Our findings revealed the risk for public health, thus preventive measures should be implemented.

Radon concentrations are measured for water samples collected from twenty wells which were drilled in Hashimiya area in addition to twelve samples of surface water using Alpha Gaurd. 140 samples, 7 for each well, were collected represent wet season in continuous pumping and 20 samples, one for each well, were collected represent dry season. Concentration of radon in groundwater is many times of its concentration in surface water. The numerical calculations of these functions are made and then the space and time plots are obtained. It was shown that these states are Gaussians distributions of widths vary periodically in an opposite way with their peaks.
