In this paper, we introduce new classes of sets called g *sD -sets , g *sD −α -sets , g *spreD − sets , g *sbD − -sets and g *sD −β -sets . Also, we study some of their properties and relations among them . Moreover, we use these sets to define and study some associative separation axioms .
 

Water samples were collected from output of water for Al-Wahda plant where located in al-karrada area in Baghdad city to study water contamination with bacteria, fungi and Algae. The study lasted one year started on August, 2016 to July,2017.Results were acquired according to two tests performed, the first is biological test included total coliform,E.coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, total fungi, Diatom and non Diatom Algae and the second is physiochemical test included temperature, turbidity and residual chlorine.     Lipase was extracted by Sodium acetate buffer (pH=6; 0.05M) Containing 0.1M NaCl. Enzyme content of crude extract was concentrated by gradual addition of ammonium sulfate at 30-60% saturation. The dialyzed extract was purified on ion-exchange chromatography through DEAE–Cellulose and gel-filtration chromatography through sephacryl S-200 column. The specific activity, enzyme yield and fold purification were 54.06 unit/mg, 42.6% and 10.88 respectively. The molecular weight of the Lipase was 43.651 KDa as determined by gel-filtration chromatography through sephacryl S-200 column. Partial purified lipase used for the improvement of the flavor of butter fat after 12 hours for storage.

The optimum conditions for the production of neutral protease from local strain Aspergillus niger var carbonarius by solid – state fermentation system (Wheat bran) moisted with 0.2 M phosphate buffer (PH7.0) . the hydration ratio was 1:5 (V:W) . the concentration of inoculum was 1×106 spores per 10 gram of solid materials , initial P H 6.5 and 96 hours of incubation period at 30? Traditional distillation processes require large amounts of energy to raise the liquid to its boiling point to effect removal of volatile components.
