This research addresses the issue of judge's preaching to the litigants and witnesses; it is a very significant issue since the judge cannot know the insides and facts, but it issues judgments based on the hearings. Since people are originally wrong-doing and ignorant, they, therefore, commit injustice, oppression, false adversarial, and false testimony. However, some people can possibly retreat and return to the right, after being inattentive or recalcitrant, by preaching. This fact led scholars to talk about the judge's preaching to litigant and witnesses and this research is conducted

The current study is aimed to identify personality types of the lecturers of Baghdad University as well as identify the prevailing types among the lecturers. In addition, the study aimed to identify the significant difference among personality types (The Enneagram) according to the variables of academic title and scientific major . One hundred and ninety four lecturers were involved in this study. In order to achieve the study's aims, the scale of (Baron& Wagele 1994) was used to measure the nine personality types (The Enneagram) that was translated by( Anwar Omar Ibrahim 2012). Some statistical analysis were used and the result demonstrated that Romantic types was found to be the most prevailing types among the lecturers of Baghdad

Studies on the flexural behavior of post-tensioned beams subjected to strand damage and strengthened with near-surface mounted (NSM) technique using carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) are limited and fail to examine the effect of CFRP laminates on strand strain and strengthening efficiency systematically. Background: It is important to achieve good glycemic control to avoid long-term diabetic complications. It has been largely debated about the role of correct way of insulin administration to get the desired glycemic control.
Objective: To evaluate the effect of teaching diabetic patients who are on insulin therapy the correct way of injecting insulin and its effect on glycemic control.
Methods: A non randomized clinical trial with 820 diabetic patients on insulin therapy on whom A1 c estimation was performed before and after three months of teaching them the right injection technique.
Results : Sixty seven patients (8.17%) had A1 c 6.5% before they were enrolled in the study while the majority (753 patents, 91.82%) had A1 c 6.5%
