Insights into developing curricula in mass communication departments and colleges in public and private universities

Technology developed at very rapid paces in the last decade of the twentieth century and what followed, especially communication technology, as the World Wide Web appeared in the mid-nineties of the last century, Facebook in 2004 and 2006, the mobile phone, 1993, 1994, and social networking sites. The other. These technological developments have had an impact on societies, whether among individuals in one country or among different peoples. The citizen in any part of the world has become a journalist who practices the work of a specialized or professional journalist, even if he does not know how to read and write, or has a low level of education, as he can now transmit events from wherever he is to the world, through his personal page, or via Public groups (groups) on Facebook for the world. It has become necessary for the journalist, journalist, or media researcher to develop his skills in using mobile phones, develop his knowledge and information in digital media, master the art of photography, and create A personal page or public blog where news and events are published.

Attitudes of the Private Sector towards the Application of Operational Contracting in Private Education Schools in the Sultanate of Oman: A Qualitative Study

Abstract

The research aims to investigate the private sector attitudes toward operational contracting in special education schools. The research adopted the qualitative approach by using personal interviews with a sample of (45) private school owners and managers in Oman. The results of the research revealed that there is an agreement among the majority of respondents on the ability of the private sector to manage special education schools, the advantages of the partnership, as well as the need for guarantees to support this partnership. The government should fully assume it. The role of the private sector remains to raise the operational efficiency of schools. Opinions vary about the level of powers granted to t

The Effectiveness of the Cooperative Inquiry Strategy in the Achievement and Development of Mathematical Communication Skills of Elementary School Students

Abstract

This study aims at investigating the effectiveness of the cooperative inquiry strategy in developing the achievement and development of mathematical communication skills of elementary school students. To achieve this aim, the experimental method was utilized. The study sample consisted of an experimental group (n = 34) and a control group (n = 31), which were randomly selected from primary schools. A Teacher's Guide for teaching a unit entitled "Statistics and Graphic Representations" for the sixth elementary graders in the first semester were devised. A (30) multiple-choice item achievement test distributed at the levels of (recall, comprehension, and application), as well as an (18) item mathematical c

Decomposition of Dynamical Signals into Jumps, Oscillatory Patterns, and Possible Outliers

In this note, we present a component-wise algorithm combining several recent ideas from signal processing for simultaneous piecewise constants trend, seasonality, outliers, and noise decomposition of dynamical time series. Our approach is entirely based on convex optimisation, and our decomposition is guaranteed to be a global optimiser. We demonstrate the efficiency of the approach via simulations results and real data analysis.

Recycling of Chicken Egg Shells into Nanopowder: Synthesis, and its Properties

Increase in unconventional resources of calcium (Ca+2) for fowls, aquaculture and native animals was improved. This work was planned to define the most polymorph of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) that take place in the two types of chicken eggshells (local and imported type). In this research, the comparative analysis of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) content was approved for nominated eggshells of native strain and imported chicken via Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and Powder X-Ray Diffraction (PXRD) analysis. The results demonstrate that native and imported chicken eggshells comprise calcite morph that ha

New Modulation Method in FSO Communication Using Different Wavelengths (650,532,405) nm in the Iraqi Weather

The FSO technique depends on the compatibility of the optical path between the transmitter and the receiver (line-of-sight) to transmit data between two points. FSO system uses the light to provide optical Contact to send and receive various data. This study shows the design of a new optical system for the transmission of voice through free space at wavelengths (650,532,405) nm within point-point technology for specified distances. What distinguishes this work is the quality of the reflection-based modulation based on the Doppler phenomenon. Also, it is interested in studying the different attenuation conditions of the atmosphere at the wavelengths used, in addition to the attenuation caused by the

Effect of Body mass index on interleukin2, 6 and soluble fibroblast associated surface antigen in infertile men

Background: obesity is an important cause of adverse health problems, including male infertility. Testosterone is essential for spermatogenesis and permits the release of mature sperms. In the absence of testosterone stimulation, spermatogenesis does not proceed beyond the meiosis stage. Aromatase expression is directly related to the degree of adiposity; it is dependent on cytokine stimulation and requires the presence of glucocorticoids, 17β-estradiol in the plasma of adult men is formed by aromatization convert testosterone and androstinedione to 17β-estradiol Apoptosis is an important process in the context of germ cells since they undergo both mitosis and meiosis, and this process is affected by

Impact of Contractual Budget In Support Of Sustainable Development Applied Research In The Ministry Of Housing And Construction And Public Municipalities

The research starts from studying the contractual budget, which is one of the modern trends in preparing public budgets, both operational and capital, in addition to meeting the requirements of the global trend to achieve sustainable growth in all fields, whether financial or non-financial, and tools for the contractual budget have been identified (participation contracts, planning Implementation, monitoring) and studying its impact in supporting sustainable development through its dimensions (economic, social, and environmental). The method of the questionnaire was adopted as a main tool in collecting information on research variables and distributing it to a sample of (70) individuals who dictate positions of professional respo

THE MECHANISM OF SN1987A EXPLOSION AND ITS EJECTA MASS ENVELOPE

Optical spectrum of SN1987A at days 4 from the explosion and its light curve through the first 1444 days after the explosion have been studied. The hydrogen lines present in the spectrum confirms the general characteristics of Type II SN that occur due to core collapse of massive star. Each of the total mass ejected from the explosion and the amount of the total mass of Nickel radioactive isotopes that produced during the explosion as well as the initial velocity of the ejecta and the explosion energy have been determined and compared with different observed and calculated models obtained by different researchers and it’s found that, about 8.8 Mʘ of the progenitor envelope mass had been ejected during the explosion and it’s mixed with
