Dame Ngaio Edith Marsh (1899-1982), a writer of detective fiction, was born

Abstract

The current study aims to identify the predictability of burnout in perceived self-competence among mothers of students with disabilities in the Sultanate of Oman. The study sample consists of (484) respondents who were mothers of students with disabilities. The researcher developed a burnout Scale which consists of (19) items and a perceived self-competence Scale which consists of (20) items. A correlation descriptive design was used. The results showed that the level of burnout was low (Mean= 2.30), while the level of burnout was high (Mean= 3.87). The research targets study of influence of additives on sand mold’s properties and, consequently, on
that of carbon steel CK45 casts produced by three molds. Three materials were selected for addition
to sand mix at weight percentages. These are sodium carbonates, glycerin and oat flour. Sand molds
of studied properties were produced to get casts from such molds. The required tests were made to
find the best additives with respect to properties of cast. ANSYS software is used to demonstrate
the stresses distribution of each produced materials. It is shown that the mechanical properties of
casts produced is improved highly with sodium carbonates and is less with oat flour and it is seem a
few with glycerin additives

Excess molar volumes of five ternary mixtures of 2- methoxy ethanol(1) +butyl acetate(2)+benzene(3), +toluene(3), +chlorobenzene(3), +bromobenzene(3), and +nitrobenzene(3) have been measured at 303.15K. The excess molar volume exhibited positive deviation over the entire range of composition in the systems 2-methoxy ethanol(1)+ butyl acetate(2)+ benzene(3),+toluene(3) and sigmoid behavior in the case of the remaining systems. Flory's statistical theory have been extended to predict the excess molar volumes of the five ternary mixtures at 303.15 k over a wide range of composition . An excellent agreement has been found between the experimental and theoretical excess molar volumes , both in magnitude and sign .
