Time‐Dependent Term Identification in the Time–Space Fractional Derivative Diffusion Equation From Integral Over Specified Condition
...Show More Authors
ABSTRACT<p> In this paper, a time–space fractional order inverse source problem to determine the temperature solution and the time‐dependent source term from heat moment to the time–space fractional heat equation with an initial condition, homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions, and integral overdetermination condition is investigated. Two unconditionally stable finite difference schemes are proposed to find a numerical solution of the direct problem. Namely, method I is based on the approximation of the time‐fractional derivative via Laplace transformation, whereas method II is based on finite difference approximation. The inverse problem is solved iteratively by lsqnonlin routine from the MATLAB optimization toolbox after reformatting the problem to a minimization of an objective functional imposed from the overdetermination condition. Since the problem under consideration is generally ill‐posed, Tikhonov's method is used to get a uniform, stable, and accurate result. Several numerical test examples explain that the proposed methods are stable and work satisfactorily for various amounts of noise levels. </p>

Nonlinear optical properties of polymer [PMMA] thin films doped with dye lasing compounds, Rhodamine 6G and Acriflavine in chloroform solvent by using dip coating method
...Show More Authors

The fluorescence emission of Rhodamine 6G (R6G) and Acriflavine dyes in PMMA polymer have been studied by changing the irradiation and exposure time of laser light to know the effect of this parameter. It was found that the fluorescence intensity decreases in the polymer samples doped dyes as the exposure time increases and then reaches stabilization at long times, this behavior called photobleaching, which have been shown in liquid phase less than solid phase. Using 2nd harmonic with wavelength 530 nm laser, the photobleaching effect in the two dye-doped polymers different solvent but same was studied. It was observed that photobleaching of by different solution and by using dip spin coating the photobleaching seem in liquid phase

Cell Surface Expression of 70 KDa Heat Shock Proteins and P21 in Normal Oral Mucosa, Oral Epithelial Dysplasia and Squamous Cell Carcinoma (An Immunohistochemical Study)
...Show More Authors

Background: Oral SCC is a complex malignancy where environmental factors, viral infections and genetic alterations most likely interact, and thus give rise to the malignant condition. The HSP70 play a direct role in apoptosis inhibition by aligning the improved integrity of a cell’s proteins with the improved chances of that particular cell’s survival.P21 gene produces p21 protein which is a potent cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor that plays a significant role in carcinogenesis. The aims of the study were to evaluate and compare the immun-histochemical expression of the HSP70 and cell cycle protein p21in NOM, OED, and OSCC. Correlate both marker expressions with each other. Evaluation of IL-8, nitric oxide and macrophage inhibitory factor as clinical circulatory markers in patients with cutaneous leishmaniasis, before and during sodium stibogluconate treatment
...Show More Authors

The clinical spectrum of cutaneous leishmaniasis (CL), an intracellular parasitic pathogen, ranges from a single sore healing to chronic crusty lesions with a manifestation of treatment resistance. The complicated interaction between Leishmania bodies and the early immune response, including innate and adaptive mechanisms, determines the evolution of nodules. This study examined the levels of the chemoattractant interleukin 8 (IL-8), pro-inflammatory nitric oxide (NO), and immunoregulatory macrophage inhibitory factor (MIF) in the serum of subjects recently diagnosed with cutaneous leishmaniasis, in parallel with patients being monitored during consecutive sodium stibogluconate (Pentostam) treatment. A total of 161 serum samples of newly di
