The freedom to promote ideas is one of the freedoms protected by constitutions and laws, and it is exercised by individuals through traditional and electronic media. However, this freedom must be exercised according to certain limits, represented by the necessity of respecting human rights, just as individuals have the freedom to exercise their right to publish and express their opinion in every way. Frankly, in return, she must respect the rights of others . Perhaps the development that has occurred in the various media, including journalism, radio, television, and the emergence of a new medium represented by the Internet, has contributed significantly to harming the security of individuals through the promotion of extremist ideas. This behavior undoubtedly represents a mistake that requires compensation, which would raise liability. Civil liability for promoting extremist ideas, which could be a contractual or tort liability, and this compensation can be through various means. It may be compensation in kind, represented by the right of response and correction, which means the right of every person to clarify, confront, or correct what was published about him and caused harm to him .
This research investigates the engagement of the Iraqi audience with ethnographic programs and their impact on knowledge enhancement and intellectual perspectives. A questionnaire consisting of closed-ended questions was designed and administered to a purposive sample of 400 participants who exclusively follow ethnographic programs and documentary channels. The data were transcribed and subjected to statistical analysis using the SPSS software to ensure reliability and test hypotheses. A new spontaneous mutation (dh) is described for Culex quinquefasciatus Say. This
phenotype was observed in the second generation to cause complete coloration of the head
capsule and the siphon of the larvae. This character is mainly detectable in the larval stage
and slightly in the adult stage.
The reciprocal mass matting between mutants from F2 generation and normal wild type
sibs, revealed that the mode of inheritance can be controlled by an autosomal recessive
gene(s). This happened for both sexes with slightly variability in their expression. No
significant larval mortalities were found in all crosses.
The results of the phytochemical analysis of the crude aqueous and
methanolicextracts of Myrtle (Myrtuscommunis), peppermint (Menthapiperita) and
Sweet basil(Ocimumbasilicum) contain active compounds : Phenols, Flavonoids and
Tannins and missing of Steroids and Coumarines in all extract but Saponins and
Alkaloids found in methanolicextract only, while terpens were present in peppermint
and basiland absent in Myrtle. Administratingto animals with different extracts

The objective of this study was to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare providers (HCPs) at personal and professional levels.
This was a cross-sectional descriptive study. It was conducted using an electronic format survey through Qualtrics Survey Software in English. In this paper, the fill factor of the N749/TiO2 solar cell is studied and calculated using the analysis method at standard conditions; i.e., T=300k and 100 mW/cm2 irradiation.. The current density was derived and calculated using the donor-acceptor model according to the quantum transfer theory in DSSC solar cells. We estimate the influence parameters in DSSC that's an equivalent circuit to the I-V curves for three solvents.
