Abstract The purpose of this study, teach the art of performing Olympic lifts (snatch and, clean and jerk) using the two methods are instructional (self-learning associated with the model) and (reverse style of partial way). Identify the effectiveness of these methods in learning the art of performance and style of the best Olympic lifting in the learning and retention of novice for Olympic lifts. The research sample consisted of 16 lifters were selected purposively representing specialist center for the care of athletic talent to weightlifting for ages 14 years. The sample was divided into two experimental, Each group (8) eight weightlifters. The experimental group used the style of the first self-learning associated with the model, while the second experimental group used the reverse style of partial way, Lifters were divided on two groups randomly, The researchers found out that style is associated with self-learning model and learning reverse fashioned way of partial way has contributed significantly to the learning Olympic Weightlifting lift among novices, Did not achieve any of the two modes user preference in learning the Olympic lifts on the other, also can adopt any of the two modes in the Olympic lifts learning and achieving results in the same time period . Two sets of the group research has made clear in the post tests using the two modes as well as different sets of research has achieved the level of retention of jerk better than in the snatch.
BACKGROUND: Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) is common, yet no curative treatment identified. Cinnamon is a herbal substance, which has many applications in medicine. AIM: The aim of the study was to study the effect of cinnamon on patients with chronic pelvic pain syndrome. A faunistic review of the genus Chaitophorus Koch, 1854, including four species in Iraq is given; the distribution data of each species and their hosts have been recorded. In this investigation the poplar leaf aphid Ch. populialbae (Boyer de Fonscolombe, 1841) is recorded here for the first time in Iraq on popular trees Populus euphratica Oliv. during the period from November 2016 to April 2017 in Baghdad province.
