The present research aims at recognizing the difficulties and problems which hamper teachers and educators alike when using the internet for educational purposes.It discusses the benefits of the internet as a source of information or publication and as a communicative tool.Arandom sample of (30) teachers working at schools in Baghdad / Second Risafa,was selected.Three of the sample members use the internet for student project plans via internet centers, whereas 16 of them use it for chatting, emailing and research purposes.The rest of the sample have limited knowledge of the internet. The objectives of this study are to determine; the uniformity qn/q1 (ratio of the discharge at last outlet, qn to the discharge at first outlet, q₁) and total head losses of the flow along straight and rectangular loop manifolds with different flow conditions. The current research aims to identify the self-regulation of university students, as well as to identify the significance of the difference in self-regulation according to the variable of sex (male-female), specialization (scientific-human), and grade (first-fourth). To achieve the research objectives, the two researchers developed a scale of (28) items about self-regulation According to the theory of (Pandora, 1991). The scale was administered to (500) students from the first and fourth stages of Al -Mustansiriyah University who were selected based on the random stratification method for the 2020/2021 academic year. This research aims at identifying the level of Reflective Judgment for University students in term of gender and stage. To this end, the researcher used Khaleel's scale (2016) for the Reflective Judgment. The scale was administered to the sample of the study which is (200) male and female level first-fourth university students. The results have shown that university students are on the level five of the Reflective Judgment, and the first-stage students have reflective judgment more than fourth-stage students. In the light of these results, the researcher has come with a number of recommendations and suggestions.

The current research aims to analyze the content and and make a comparison based on the theory of art education as an organized cognitive area D.B.A.E. The researcher started by making a comparison followed by analysing the content to design a philosophical framework for content.
