The objective of study was determining the most prevalent Salmonella spp. and their antimicrobial susceptibility in broilers and laying chickens and their feed and drinking water in five chicken farms in Karbala, Iraq over the period from August to October 2020. A total of 289 samples, including 217 cloaca swabs, 46 water and 26 feed samples were collected. Salmonella spp. was identified firstly by routine diagnostic methods, followed by applying the API 20E kit, the Vitek2 system, and serology. In the present work, Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was utilized to optimize process variables and find the best circumstances for indirect electrochemical oxidation of mimicked wastewater to remove phenol contaminants using prepared ternary composite electrode. The electrodeposition process is used for the synthesis of a ternary composite electrode of Mn, Co, and Ni oxides. The selected concentrations of metal salts of these elements were 0.05, 0.1, and 1.5 M, with constant molar ratio, current density, and electrolysis time of 1:1:1, 25 mA/cm2, and 2 h. The study aims at elicitation the morals strategies from sunnah depending on the analytic-qualitative method. It revealed a comprehensive integrated system of creative strategies to improve morals. It was categorized into three areas: cognitive strategies, affective strategies, and some strategies based on self-initiative and practice. The researcher recommended that teachers and educators should employ these effective strategies in the process of moral guidance for the Muslim generation. He also recommended that researchers should put more effort to do more In-depth qualitative studies, which must be directed to establish the origin of different education strategies from the Holy Qur’an, the Sunnah, and Muslim scholars’ legacy.
