Urinary tract infection is a bacterial infection that often affects the bladder and thus the urinary system. E. coli is one of the leading uropathogenic bacteria that cause urinary tract infections. Uropathogenic E. coli is highly effective and successful in causing urinary tract infections through biofilm formation and urothelial cell invasion mechanisms. Other organisms that cause urinary tract infections include members of the Enterobacteriaceae family, streptococci and staphylococci species and perch. In addition, K.penumoniae is another important gram-negative bacterium that causes urinary tract infections. With the PCR technique, unseen bacterial species can be detected using standard clinical microbiology methods. In this study, the antibiotic resistance of E. coli and K. penumoniae bacteria causing urinary tract infection was analyzed by PCR technique. As a result of the experiments conducted within the scope of our study, it was found that bla SHV, one of the virulence factors of E. coli isolates, and bla CTX-M, one of the genes that produce ESBL, were related that both these virulence factors can be found at the same time in ESBL positive and negative isolates. It appeared that bla CTX-M gene is not detected in any of the ESBL negative isolates. It demonstrated that the bla CTX-M gene was more dominant in the development of resistance to β-lactam group antibiotics. Also, the results of the experiments conducted within the scope of our study, the frequency percentage of β-lactamase resistance genes (bla TEM, bla SHV and bla CTX-M) increased in K. pneumoniae compared to E. coli isolates. Moreover, phenotypic and genotypic methods are needed to detect the presence of different gene products associated with resistance in E. coli and K. pneumoniae isolates.
Background: Poly-ether-ether-ketone(PEEK) has been introduced to many dental fields. Recently it was tested as a retainer wire‎ following orthodontic treatment. This study aimed to investigate the effect of changing the bonding spot size and location on the performance of PEEK retainer wires. Methods: A biomechanical study involving four three-dimensional finite element models was performed. The basic model was with a 0.8 mm cylindrical cross-section PEEK wire, bonded at the center of the lingual surface of the mandibular incisors with 4 mm in diameter composite spots. Two other models were designed with 3 mm and 5 mm composite sizes. The last model was created with the composite bonding spot of the canine away from the center

Pulsed Laser Deposition PLD was used to deposit thin films of different doping ratio In2O3 : SnO2 ( 0, 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 % wt.) on glass substrate at ambient temperature under vacuum of 10 -3 bar thickness of ~100nm. The structural type ,grain size and morphology of the prepared alloys compounds and thin films were examined using X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy . The results showed that all alloys have polycrystalline structures and the peaks belonged to the preferred plane for crystal growth were identical with the ITO (Indium – Tin –Oxide) standard cards also another peaks were ob

Lotka-Volterra and Holling type II functional responses have been assumed to describe the feeding processes . The local and global stability of steady points of this model are established. Finally, the global dynamics are studied numerically to investigate the influence of the parameters on the solutions of the system, especially the effect of fear and anti-predation.
Abstract: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of bone density value in Hounsfield unit derived from cone beam computed tomography (CBCT), and implant dimensions in relation to implant stability parameters namely the resonance frequency analysis and the insertion torque (IT) value. It included 24 patients who received 42 dental implants (DI). The bone density of the planned implant site was preoperatively measured using cone beam computed tomography. The implant stability was measured using Osstell implant stability quotient (ISQ). The ISQ values were recorded immediately postoperatively and after 16 weeks. The IT value was categorized as 35 N/cm or > 35 N/cm. The mean (standard deviation) primary stability was 79.58 (5.27) ISQ,

The study includes several steps, the most essential of which was importing well logs from six oil wells to the Interactive Petrophysics software for conducting interpretation and analysis to calculate the petrophysical properties such as permeability, porosity, shale volume, water saturation, and NTG and then importing maps and the well tops to the Petrel software to build the 3D-Geological model and to calculate the value of the original oil in place. Three geological surfaces were produced for all Sadi units based on well-top data and the top Sadi structural map. The reservoir has

To achieve this, a questionnaire was designed for auditors. Numerous statistical methods, namely arithmetic mean and standard deviation, have been used through the implementation of the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) program.
The research has reached several results, the most important of which are: There are noobstacles to enabling the auditor to audit the application of the e-commerce requirements as well as the respective(infrastructure requirements, legislation and regulations, t

The effect of the number of selected keyframes has been studied in this paper to find its impact on the final accuracy of the emotion recognition system. Dynamic and static information is employed to select the most effective key-frames of the facial video with a short response time. Firstly, the absolute difference between the successive frames is used to reduce the number of frames and select the candidate ones which then contribute to the clustering process. The static-based information of the reduced sets of frames is then given to the fuzzy C-Means algor

He highlights the analysis of the harmonic construction in the musical compositions of the artist Khalil Ismail, where harmony is a significant Western musical science, a pillar of the structure of instrumental and vocal music.
It depends on the compositions of vertical sounds performed simultaneously, as tones coincide and are sometimes dissonant to give sound resonance that enriches musical work and attracts recipients. Hence, the researcher has many questions, including: Can the composition of the writings of the artist Khalil Ismail determine in an objective research framework? Is there a study on this subject in some detail? whic
Abstract : This research has tackled about the role of Russia in the international policies which concerning with energy , So the most important states in the world that possesses huge energy resources to be more able in the control over the reality and future production programs and the distribution of global energy alike , the latter had effectively influence on the economic and developmental aspects within many countries in the world and its impacts on political decisions and perhaps effected too much in the dimensions of strategic policies . In this context of research , Russia has been developed a high energy policy of strategic planning in order to restoring Russia position and its global role by using its potential powerful streng
