ملخـــص البحــــث

       يهدف هذا البحث الى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة مهمة لا تخلوا منها معظم النتاجات التفسيرية، وهي ظاهرة النقد التفسيري، التي من خلالها يسلط المفسر الضوء على آراء المفسرين السابقين في تفسير آية أو مفردة من مفردات القرآن الكريم ثم التعقيب عليها كل بحسبه، ثم يعكف على بيان الدلالة الأوفق بحسب ما تجتمع عنده من قرائن.

في هذا البحث تم استعمال احد الاساليب التقريبية وهو ما يسمى اسلوب المعدل الموزون للنقاط المقربة (Weighted Average of Rounded Points-WARPing) لتقدير انبعاثات ثاني اوكسيد الكاربون CO_2 في العراق عند استعمال مقدريNadaraya-Watson, Local Linear estimator للفترة الممتدة من عام (1990) ولغاية (2019) ومن ثم المقارنة بين اداء تلك المقدرات وقد اثبتت النتائج تفوق طريقة Local Linear estimator وخاصة في النقاط عند نقاط الحد وتميزها عن طريقة Nadaraya–Watson على الرغم من الاداء ا

تعد مشكلة الضبابية في انجاز المشاريع وبخاصة مشاريع االبنية من المشاكل المهمة التي ينبغي وضع حلول مناسبة لها بغية الحصول على مشروع متكامل وناجح وضمن المواصفات القياسية المطلوبة من خالل االلتزام بوقت االنجاز واستثمار الموارد المتاحة للجهة المنفذة للمشروع افضل استثمار ، ان هذه المشكلة ناتجة عن معلومات او بيانات غير واضحة تعاني من الغموض او بسبب وجود نقص فيها سواء كانت متعلقة بوقت او بتكلفة انجاز المشاريع له

ان شركات التأمين وبسبب طبيعة نشاطها التأميني تتجمع لديها أموال ضخمة عن الأقساط التي تحصلها من المؤمن لهم, ولغرض عدم ترك هذه الاموال عاطلة, فأنه يتم استثمارها في مجالات وأدوات استثمار متنوعة لتحقيق عوائد منها. هذا ولغرض تحديد وتوجيه هذه الاموال في مجال أو أداة الاستثمار المناسبة أو تحديد مدى جدوى هذه الاستثمارات, فانه يتم تقييمها, وهناك عدة نماذج رياضية لتقييم بدائل الاستثمار في شركات التأمين, إلا أنه لا

The method of powder technology has been utilized in fabrication of machinable
ceramics by the approach of glass-ceramic principles. The crystalline ceramic phases
partially dissolved by host glass while the undissolved part remain responsible for the
machinability by the usual cutting tools. Thus avoiding the unnecessary use of special
dies to cast fully melted composition and initiate recrystallization process. Two types of
machinable ceramics have been successfully prepared, the first with high silica content
and the other with high alumina content. A comparison of their properties and discussed.

Performance measures are a central component of management control system, making good planning and control decisions requires information about how different subunits of organizations have performed. To be effective, performance measures (both financial and nonfinancial) must also motivate managers and employees at all levels of organization to strive to achieve organization goals.

Altman model can be used as a compound performance measure that measures the performance by tied a sum of variables, due to make weight for every variable to reach for performance.

         The availability of statistical data plays an important role in planning process. The importance of this research which deals with safety of statistical data from errors and outliers values. The Objective of this study is to determine the outlier values in statistical data by using modern exploratory data methods and comparing them with parametric methods. The research has been divided into four chapters ,the main important conclusions reached are:1-The exploratory methods and the parametric methods showed variation between them in determining the outlier values in the data.
