Abstract The main purpose of the research is to clarify and investigate in details about Susan Glaspell’s role in shedding light on the predicament of women in American society in the early twentieth century showing how sense of the place played an important role in limiting the opportunities of female protagonists who try to escape the roles imposed upon them by society. Glaspell lived in the early twentieth century in the Midwest and tackled the important issues like: women's suffrage, birth control, socialism, union organizing when women were not able to vote or sit as a member on juries. Her Feminist cause is quite obvious through her works from her first one act play Suppressed Desire to the final three act play, Alison’s House. The paper analyses Glaspell's Trifle (1916) from the perspectives of regionalism that defined the American literature of the era its effect on gender .Thus, shedding light on Suzan Glaspell as a feminist and a regionalist who recorded an important period of American history. The paper tries to show how Glaspell who was a regionalist, local colorist and a realist succeeded to deal with issues of social justice and how she used literature as a weapon to fight the ills of society as an adherent believer in school of "art for the sake of life".
The study was conducted in the poultry field, College of Agriculture, Al-Muthanna University from 1/3/2018 to 6/4/2018 to determine the effect of commercial Ascomax powder produced from seaweed (Ascophyllum nodocum) on some productive performance of broilers. A total of 400, one day, Ross 308 broiler chicks were used for 35 days. The chicks were randomly distributed to 4 treatments, four replicates per treatment (25 chick / replicate). The treatments were as follows: T1: (control treatment), while T2, T3 and T4 added diet by Ascomax powder by 1, 1.5 and 2 g per 1 kg of the basal diet, respectively. The main aim of this research is to: 1) identify the Transformational Leadership of the Managers of higher School in ALkut district and its relationship with organizational Loyalty. 2) Clarify the relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty. Regarding the research methodology, the researcher used the descriptive method because it meets this research. The two research tools were a questionnaire and the statistical program (spss). The results revealed that there is a strong positive relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty, which means that when the managers have a Transformational Leadership leads to having organizational loyalty.
The study aimed to assess Milk Thistle oi reducing the aflatoxin damage and improve the health status of local breed hens. The study was performed on 60 hens aged 35 weeks, weighing 2-2.5 kg of the body was obtained and housed on a private poultry farm in north of Baghdad (Altaji) for a period of 9 weeks from 22 October until 22 December 2020. Hens were divided to three treatments (20 hens). The first was fed a basal diet free of aflatoxin. This study aims to simulate an efficient labyrinth weir at the flood escape entrance branching from the Diyala River to reach the best entrance through which the flood waves can pass safely. Wettability of CO2-brine-mineral systems plays a vital role during geological CO2-storage. Residual trapping is lower in deep saline aquifers where the CO2 is migrating through quartz rich reservoirs but CO2 accumulation within a three-way structural closure would have a high storage volume due to higher CO2 saturation in hydrophobic quartz rich reservoir rock.
