In this research, two drugs were bonded through amide and ester attachment, using lactic acid as aspacer binder, produced di pro drug such as Procain and Ciprofloxacin. Since Procain has ailocail anesthetic action and Ciprofloxacin as antibacterial drug was reacted with lactic acid produced ester compound (1), then the carboxylic acid of lactic acid could reacted with free Procain oil produced amide attachment, the controlled drug release in different pH values at 37C˚was studied to improve their characteristic and to minimize the side effect of the drug could be used in broad spectrum activity as atherapeutic material.This mutual prodrug was used with another biological active drug instead of single action. The prepared prodrug was characterized by FTIR, 1HNMR ,and UV. spectroscopies ,physical properties were determined and physical properties weremeasured.The biological assay were conducted for prepared prodrug using the microorganism such as E.coli, staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas acuroginosoma, the prepared prodrug appear high biological activity,compared with standardGentamycin.
This work comprises the synthesis of new phenoxazine derivatives containing N-substituted phenoxazine starting from phenoxazine (1). Synthesis of ethyl acetate phenoxazine (2) through the reaction of phenoxazine with ethylchloroacetate, which reacted with hydrazine hydrate to give 10-aceto hydrazide phenoxazine (3), then reacted with formic acid to give 10-[N-formyl acetohydrazide] phenoxazine (4). Reaction of compound (4) with phosphorous pentaoxide or phosphorus pentasulphide to gave 10-[N-methylene-1,3,4-oxadiazole] phenoxazine (5) and 10-[N-methylene-1,3,4-thiadiazole] phenoxazine (6).

Abstract

A simple indirect spectrophotometric method for determination of mebendazol in pure and pharmaceutical formulation was presented in this study. UV-Visible spectrophotometry using the optimal conditions was developed for determination of mebendazole in pure drug and different preparation samples. The method is based on the oxidation of drug by nbromosuccinimide with hydrochloric acid and the left amount of oxidizing agent was determined by the reaction with tartarazine and the absorbance was measured at 428 nm. Calibration curves were linear in the range of 5 to 30 µg.mL-1 with molar absorptivity 8437.2 L.mol-1 .cm-1 . Subjects and methods: This was laboratory based study, it has been conducted at Elrazi University included apparently 30 healthy students have been involved in this study.
Results: Out of 30 smears fixed with 95% alcohol, 76.7% (n=23) shows excellent nuclear stain, 23.3% (n= 7) shows good nuclear stain. 70% (n=21) show excellent cytoplasmic stain, 26.7% (n=8) shows good cytoplasmic stain, 3.3% (n=1) shows poor cytoplasmuc stain.

In this paper the new starting material 2-(5-chloro-1H-benzo[d]imidazole-2-yl) aniline (1) was synthesized by the condensation reaction of 4-chloro-o-phenylenediamine and anthranilic acid .The new Mannich base derivatives were synthesized using formaldehyde and different secondary amines to synthesize a new set of benzimidazole derivatives(2-5).
