The paper deals with the study of the sciences of the Qur’an according to the interpreter, Ayatollah Sayyid Mahmoud al-Talaqani, a religious jihadist figure from Iran. He is the author of the exegesis (Ishraq from Al-Quran), which consists of six parts, which he wrote inside the prisons of the Shah and in exile. Mr. Al-Talaqani agreed with some of the commentators in his positions on the sciences of the Qur’an, and some of them disagreed with others.

         A representative sample of a thousand volunteer university students was screened for evidence of thalassemia minor.Complete blood counts using automated blood cell analysers and blood smears were examined. Patients having anemia, abnormal red cell indices or morphological features of thalassemia minor like hypochromia, microcytosis, target cells erythrocytosis and family history of thalassemia were then investigated for determination of  HbA2 & HbF levels. The degradation of Toluidine Blue dye in aqueous solution under UV irradiation is investigated by using photo-Fenton oxidation (UV/H2O2/Fe+). The effect of initial dye concentration, initial ferrous ion concentration, pH, initial hydrogen peroxide dosage, and irradiation time are studied. It is found put that the removal rate increases as the initial concentration of H2O2 and ferrous ion increase to optimum value ,where in we get more than 99% removal efficiency of dye at pH = 4 when the [H2O2] = 500mg / L, [Fe + 2 = 150mg / L]. Complete degradation was achieved in the relatively short time of 75 minutes.
