The Effect Of Plank Exercises On The Lipid Component And The Rate Of Metabolism (Bmr) Among Students Of The Higher Institute For Security And Administrative Development

The introduction of the research on the science of training and the physiology of sports was addressed from important sciences, where the physical effort drew the attention of scientists since the past centuries when they studied how the body performs its functions when performing physical exertion and observe the changes that occur in it and write down and study especially the positive effects of the practice of daily sports The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of plank exercises on the lipid component and the metabolic rate (bmr) of the female students of the Higher Institute for Security and Management Development. As for the third chapter, the two researchers used the experimental method on a sample of the female students of the Higher Institute for Security and Administrative Development, as their number reached (10) students, represented by one experimental group. The two researchers prepared the plank exercises according to the variables, and the number of training units was (24) units, and the two researchers used the ready-made statistical bag (SPSS). The two researchers found a positive effect on the lipid component and the metabolic rate (bmr) of the experimental group, in addition to that the use of plank exercises contributed to the development of the physiological variables of the members of the research sample. The two researchers concluded by relying on the training curriculum of the Planck exercises when training the physiological variables of the members of the research sample, in addition to conducting similar studies for different physiological variables.

Sensitive Cloud Point Extraction Method for the Determination of Isoxsuprine Hydrochloride in Pharmaceutical forms using Spectrophotometry

A simple and highly sensitive cloud point extraction process was suggested for preconcentration of micrograms amount of isoxsuprine hydrochloride (ISX) in pure and pharmaceutical samples. After diazotization coupling of ISX with diazotized sulfadimidine in alkaline medium, the azo-dye product quantitatively extracted into the Triton X-114 rich phase, dissolved in ethanol and determined spectrophotometrically at 490 nm. The suggested reaction was studied with and without extraction and simple comparison between the batch and CPE methods was achieved. Analytical variables including concentrations of reagent, Triton X-114 and base, incubated temperature, and time were carefully studied. Under the selected opti

Effect of Twisted Fin Array in a Triple-Tube Latent Heat Storage System during the Charging Mode

This study aims to assess the effect of adding twisted fins in a triple-tube heat exchanger used for latent heat storage compared with using straight fins and no fins. In the proposed heat exchanger, phase change material (PCM) is placed between the middle annulus while hot water is passed in the inner tube and outer annulus in a counter-current direction, as a superior method to melt the PCM and store the thermal energy. The behavior of the system was assessed regarding the liquid fraction and temperature distributions as well as charging time and energy storage rate. The results indicate the advantages of adding twisted fins compared with those of using straight fins. The effect of several twisted fins was also studied to discover

Numerical Study of Radiative Magnetohydrodynamics Viscous Nanofluid Due to Convective Stretching Sheet with the Chemical Reaction Effect

A numerical investigation was performed for the radiative magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) viscous nanofluid due to convective stretching sheet. Heat and mass transfer were investigated in terms of viscous dissipations, thermal radiation and chemical reaction. The governing Partial Differential Equations (PDEs) were transformed into an arrangement of non-linear Ordinary Differential Equations (ODEs) by using the similarity transformation. The resulting system of ODEs is solved numerically by using shooting method along with Adams-Moulton Method of order four with the help of the computational software FORTAN. Furthermore, we compared our results with the existing results for especial cases. which are in an excellent agreement. The
